I tried fixing my car through an insurance claim for almost two months. I really tried to be patient given the great reviews but after exchanging emails, texts and 3 in person visits all I got was "I'll get to you soon". Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.

They did a beautiful job on my front bumper and saved me from having to change my grill. Took them about a day and a 1/2 to fix, when I was originally quoted 4 days. My only complaint is when I received my car back the check engine light was on and it was running hot. So I had to take it to an EV mechanic and have them reconnect the wires correctly. Which cost me $150. Was $2200 for repairs, cash only.

This body shop did a great job on my car. I had my front bumper and part of my under carriage repaired. It looks brand new. I was able to get a better price than the body shop my insurance company recommended. I feel like I got a very fair and reasonable estimate. I recommend this shop. I brought it in Friday morning, and got my car back Saturday afternoon!

Good place to get your car painted reasonable prices and they are pretty quick on getting parts they need for your vehicle. Oh and they are fast also

My new auto body shop in LB! The best price, great service, and excellent work. I got an estimate in a few minutes. The work got completed in 3 days. Looks great, same color paint. And most of all, I was happy with the price!

If there were more than 5 stars as a pick, that would be my choice. Family owned business, daughter in the front office and dad and crew in the shop. Long story short, my neighbors visitor backed into my driver side door. It took 5 days to get his insurance information. He was willing to pay out of pocket. I got a referral for H&R Auto Body from my neighbor after some ridiculously high estimates. I was ready to report a claim to my insurance company. Good thing that I decided to check with H&R first. Kathryn in the front office provided a reasonable quote within minutes. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated it (Friday afternoon). They scheduled me for a Monday morning appointment. I dropped the vehicle off and in less than a week my vehicle is back on the road, looking and feeling great. Dad and his crew do great work. Might be all in my head but my car feels better. They have my business and I will tell my friends and family.

Best experience ever! I was assisted by Katheryn she was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. They are sooo fast, it took 3 days for my car to get fixed and it looks brand spanking new! I have no complaints. I definitely recommend. (Will be updating my review with before and after pictures)

Our car was hit by another person who wanted to settle outside of insurance. We had picked H&R Body shop just because it was right across the street from where the damage happened, and I'm so glad we did! The staff has amazing customer service, family owned business, dad in the back, and daughters in the front office, who made this tough experience breeze by easy and efficiently. Our repair took about 5 days, even though their shop is overflowing with other cars that need repair, and they found our paint color even though it was very hard to find! They are honest, hardworking, personable, and treated us like family.I hope to not have to go back anytime soon! lol But if I do, H&R will be the only place we come to. :)Service: Body & Trim

Good spot with professional type work! Honest establishment family owned . Pops in the back and daughters running the office. I was real happy with the work done. They missed a few things but I returned and it was taken care of immediately no questions asked !

Fantastic work fixing my quarter window on my Chevy! Katherine is super friendly and did a fantastic job! Prices were fair and service top notch! I may even smash in my own car windows just for an excuse to come back here!!! ?
