“Sammy was my instructor. I’ve never been to a class like this so i was nervous. The hard part for me was treadmill but Sammy never called me out or made me feel uncomfortable for not keeping up the pace with others. The energy and motivation during this class was beyond my expectation. The only thing i wish was that there had been a warm up/ stretching beforehand. Other than that, my experience was beyond.”

“One of my fav workout classes!! I've always seen/passed by 9Round but never stopped in. Finally had the itch one week to do the intro workout and I had so much fun! It was/is the right amount of punching, sweating and just working out all together. All the trainers are very knowledgeable and encourage me, especially when I'm struggling. I recommend anyone to AT LEAST go for the intro class! I locked myself into a 6 month membership after 3 classes and I'm very excited to continue punching my way along! ?”

I had an amazing experience from the very beginning! Madison welcomed me warmly and got me set up for my first complimentary intro class. The workout was the exact change of pace that i needed. After class, Madison helped me choose a membership that fits my needs and schedule perfectly.
Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by name, and the staff’s friendliness and engagement make me feel right at home. The coaches are incredible – they bring so much energy and motivation to each workout, making sure you push yourself and stay on track with your health and wellness goals.
The gym is always spotless, and the workouts are seriously challenging but so rewarding. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get fit with a supportive team behind you!”

“I did the Be Fit 50 minute strength training session with Daniel and thought it was a really good workout session. High volume reps for a variety of exercises made the workout effective and fun. Daniel took the time to assess each individual in the small group and correct form. He was very positive and encouraging. Afterward, my body was tired but I felt mentally stronger. I would recommend trying a class if you're into strength training but want to break away from you regular gym routine.”

HIIT with lit music selections and choreo ?You’ll work up a sweat and a hunger but luckily there are also inexpensive delicious meal prep plans, smoothies, power bowls, strength training and a great community of friendly fun people to shake it with! Dont walk, run! I mean jump squat”

“First off, this gym is beautiful and is in a very convenient location for me. The equipment is very nice and the place is kept very clean. I saw a lot of reviews about the lockerrooms but I havnt seen any issues with these facilities. The only issue I've had with them is there is a lack of locker space available. Every other visit i do not have a locker available. The cost of this gym is quite high when compared to other gyms in the area. If the price was lowered I would say this place is 5/5 stars. One other thing is that there is a lack of deticated resistance workout equipment. If the gym is super busy you might have to wait a bit for the equipment you want to use that day. Personally I've never had to wait for than a couple minutes for a machine but I don't go during typical busy hours. This gym has a LOT of classes and if that's what you're looking for I would highly recommend this gym. Overall this gym is great, clean, good equipment, and has a comfortable atmosphere. It just needs a lower price for membership.”

And I can say signing up for a membership here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made towards taking my fitness seriously. It’s very close to where I live, huge parking lot, a lot of heavy bags to practice, the staff are really cool and friendly. No drama between members or between staff. A full array of weights and machines. The entire gym is clean and doesn’t have that sweaty smell other gyms have. And I love the music selection the blast throughout the day.For those comments who say there are hidden fees. They do disclose fees. All gyms have fees. I don’t understand why this concept is foreign to some people. Maybe they’ve never had a gym membership before.Anyways, this gym rocks. It has it all and the coaches / community are really cool. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.”
