I attended the most recent seminar and was greatly impressed with both Gia and Cary Schultz, Financial Advisor. They each provided valuable, timely, and very practical information. I left feeling I now have several excellent resources for the future. Based on the seminar alone, I would highly recommend INTI Realty.

Kathy is a magician in her craft as a realtor. When we say she is bright, knowledgeable, kind, personable, VERY patient, and just a pleasure to work with it is honestly not an exaggeration. We were very fortunate to find her and Gia Silva of IntiRealty by chance through a podcast during the pandemic; (Livin’ Latina, Episode 5; Women in Real Estate, October 8, 2020). As I write this review it’s occurring to me that it’s been EXACTLY 3 years from the day my husband found our home and we visited the open house I listened to this podcast episode. I was drawn in by Gia’s charisma, intelligence, and spicy energy and connected with Kathy immediately, wow - pure serendipity! When I say we were still trying to figure things out that is truly the understatement of the year; we had mountains of consumer and student loan debt didn’t not have a downpayment/emergency fund saved and wanted to simply inquire about what steps were needed to purchase a home as first-time home buyers. What we immediately loved about Kathy is that even though we did not have the money to start buying yet she took her time in guiding us through the process, the market, brought us in to the realty boutique to understand our needs, wants, negotiables, and non-negotiables. She listened to us and was empathic, never pressuring us or making us feel rushed to purchase. When the time came to put in an offer, she efficiently but gently guided us through the pre-approval process (we did not have one at the start of our 21-day escrow, yikes!) by connecting us with the dream team - shout out to Jeff Wen - our lender- another VIP. Our escrow closed on time and Kathy was with us every step of the way- checking in and making sure everything went as planned and we were well. She was an amazing advocate for us and guide us through the very stressful bidding process. She and the team were so amazing that the seller’s realtor, shout out to Josh Mendoza!, was so pleased to work with them- this made our process even more seamless I’m full of such warm emotions as I conclude this review; thank you for all that you do Kathy- you have been a key ingredient in making our dreams come true. Kathy is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable of all things related to real estate which helped me make the best choice. She was committed to helping me get the property that I wanted and always acted quickly with whatever I needed. Above all else, she is a heart-centered person which is important for me when making major decisions like buying a home. Thank you Kathy for all that you did!

Gardenia is one of the best Transaction Coordinator I have worked with. She makes sure that escrow gets what they need to make the transaction as smooth as possible for their clients. Our experience with Gia was nothing short of excellent. My wife and I were looking for a vacation home in a very specific area of Long Beach with even more specific criteria. Gia located, negotiated and guided us through everything and we closed on a condo that met the exact criteria. Oh, by the way, Gia is a ton of fun to work with!

We worked with Kathy. It was a great experience. Her consistent and abundant communication was very helpful for our first purchase. The staff seemed engaged and excited to do their work. We'd shopped around with big, indifferent groups, as well as small, inefficient agents. These guys were a refreshing answer to our needs.
