“We were exploring some new couches online with Bob's and my husband found some really good deals. Then he found one that was actually located in the store at Long Beach so we decided to go check it out.
I was a bit nervous after seeing some reviews, but when we walked in, we were greeted, but nobody was too pushy. We wandered around the showfloor & then we went into the outlet section, which is more like the discounted open box section, and we fell in love with basically the first couch that we saw. An employee named Ben helped us out a LOT and answered all our questions and was very friendly. Shout out to Ben!!! Altho many people on the floor were willing to help.
Altho Ben offered us the Bob's delivery, we chose to shop around for other options. Everything came without a hitch. Definitely would come back to order more furniture here. The prices cant be beat!
They even have snacks and clean bathrooms!”

They also have restrooms which are very clean. Make sure to try the food place ‘Good Times’ across the street as well.”

“Well, I was a little upset because they had brought me a badly damaged chest of drawers and the seller who contacted me through Facebook spent almost a month getting the furniture replaced. Yesterday I spoke with a girl who answers the numbers they give you on the invoice when You make a purchase and a very despotic, arrogant girl answered that I should not change the VAT but now a Mr. Alberto called me and told me he was going to make the change. They immediately brought me a very nice new chest of drawers and the man who is the delivery man Oscar He is a very kind man, he helped me set it up and he is very careful when lowering the furniture. Thank you, Mr. Alberto and Oscar. I am very happy with my new chest of drawers.??”

“EXCELLENT! I found the item I wanted online, the price was right, so I said I'd pay cash upon delivery. His delivery man immediately pointed out a crack and said they'd bring me a new one next week. But I wanted to use it NOW so I gave him the cash (foolishly) and then hoped he'd really return with the new one. Then I worried I'd never see or hear from them again.
He just delivered a new, perfect one and even helped me move the stuff from the old item to the new item. He was so helpful and kind. So hah(!) to my friends who said I was too trusting. This company was WONDERFUL!”

“We have had Boris do our dining room table, mantle, bathroom vanity, record player stand, and bedroom dresser. It's worth the extra money because you can get the piece you imagine made rather than trying to fit big box store furniture into your home. Boris is great at working with you until you get exactly what you want. A pleasure to work with every time. We probably won't be using him again though, only because we've maxed out what we can do in our 1 bedroom condo, and we'll never be able to afford a home here.”

Security at the exit=10, well i didn't know what they were standing for so I asked if they wanted to check my receipt. A friendly no and guided me to the exit door.
I leisurely spent 3 hours just browsing around here and ended up with a full cart. Best shopping is during the weekday!
