I called and they said they had something in stock and then we get there and they don't have it stock yet she leads you to see other options. Don't get me right it's their hustle but don't say you have something in stock when u don't. I ended up walking out with something but not what I originally wanted.

I have never felt so much like going off on the salesman who was the only person in the store working when I went in this week. He argued and complained when I objected to the $49.99 delivery charge for two items to be delivered. Then he agreed and said that he would deliver for 39.99 to go downtown LB. Next, he physically ran behind me when I told him I would check out other furniture stores and he complained that he was losing money and would give a discount on the items I had selected. Never will I go into his store again---too pushy and too greedy!

It was my last furniture store of the day looking for the recliner i wanted. The guy in store David Lee had excellent customer service. As I was hearing him communicate with others and his personality made me stay to look in a catalog. David Lee I can tell he is a very genuine person and means well. Because of him I purchased something and I will be back.

I just bought a bed with mattress about 3 months ago and its already falling apart the men who delivered it and build it did a very horrible job when they were building the bed they had missing pieces that they had already thrown out to the trash I won't be buying from here no more

My mother was looking for a dining set. She and my daughter went to one by her house and went into one and the guy didn't even come out to greet them nor acknowledge them so they walked out. We drove down the street looking for another one. We couldn't find one driving down on Pacific Coast Highway. We couldn't find one so I pulled out my phone and searched furniture stores. Furniture Land came up but we couldn't find that also. So we started heading toward Ikea the all of a sudden we were at a stop light and I looked to my left and found Furniture Land so we made a U-Turn and parked. Now keep in mind my mom is a tad bit shy of 200 years old but she's a wheeler dealer. We immediately met Joey. He was very nice and acknowledged us immediately. Mother liked that a lot. Bottom line he questioned her about her needs, size, dimensions etc and she picked a very nice set and worked around her budget. Then my daughter inquired a queen size bed and he gave us another deal. The guys delivered her dining room set that same day on a Saturday closed to 4:00 then delivered the bedroom set a few days later. The drivers were professional and friendly as well. They took my daughter's old futon bed away so Joey could donate it to his is church. Thank you for your Service and Professionalism Furniture Land!!!
