Terrible communication. We were promised a visit to fix our stove sensor and the day they were supposed to come they canceled and said no one can make it out for another two weeks. Then we were supposed to get our refrigerator on a Friday and when the day came, they said we were not on their delivery schedule, but no one advised us until it was too late. Then our dishwasher was supposed to arrive the same day as a refrigerator but we were told that the dishwasher we ordered was not in stock, and again we were not advised until we called. Now we will have to wait for a new dishwasher an extra month. Ridiculous If you ask me. Dont recommend.

Friedmans Appliance is simply AWESOME!I have had quite a few quality issues with my (LG Signature) appliances, but Friedmans went above and beyond to make sure I was always satisfied even though the problems with LG and not Friedmans. My salesperson, Raj, is always highly responsive, friendly and most importantly, always took care of the problems.Choosing the appliances was also an excellent experience. Raj and other salespeople are very knowledgeable, helpful and not in the least bit pushy.I will only use Friedmans in the future, I would not even consider any other distributor.

This is a very difficult review for me. After being a loyal customer of Friedmans i have to find a new appliance store. I bought my first appliance from Friedmans in 1986 at their old LB location based on the recommendations of my in-laws. They had been with Friedmans since the 60s.After 6 years abroad we returned home and set out to build our home again. First off was the washer and dryer.Friedmans has a beautiful showroom and a very nice selection of middle to high end applainces of all sorts. Their staff is very knowledgeable and usually helpful.Our process began in September of this year and the finally delivered the washer today at the very end of November.The first delivery has the pedestals and dryer delivered. The washer was damaged and returned.I was told the good news immediately, there was another washer in the warehouse. The bad news was the couldnt be bothered to deliver it for to weeks.I called to voice my displeasure and the girl on the phone said if the dent is in the back no one can see it...The salesman made some calls and the best he could do was 10 days later. I told him i didnt feel I was being treated the way I should be and his best reply was "I am sorry you feel that way, thats not the way I feel". IMO, not at all an apology.10 days later I called the salesman again to see why I had been completely ignored and He was very apologetic. He said there was no excuse for them to "screw the pooch". Who talks to upset customers that way? I am a customer not his drinking buddy! I was immediately assured that the waaher would be delivered the next morning. At 3pm the installers delivered and installed the washer. The installers were wonderful, thorough and careful, another plus for Friedmans but sadly my loyalty had been eroded past the point of reconciliation..See, its a hard review. Great showroom, knowledgeable staff, very good selection, pleasant installers but horrid customer service. I am sad to part ways but Friedmans made no effort to make me feel like valued customer like they always had.

I just took delivery and installation of a new Bosch dishwasher. Tom was my sales consultant. He is great- knowledgeable and patient. It was only one applaince- not a whole house. ( You could outfit multiple kitchens and bathrooms at Freidmans@) quick delivery and very expert installation by John. Could not be more satisfied. Thank you.

My wife has had a great time finding top-quality appliances and many other things at Freidman’s for her bathroom/kitchen remodeling project. Sales support from Mr. Jaime Herrera harkens back to the day when merchants took pride in meeting the specific needs of their customers.

Following some basic Google product research, we found that Friedmans' stocked the washing machine we were interested in. After a quick and efficient visit, we placed our order and in less than 48 hours had it delivered and set up. It's refreshing to deal with a company that remembers and practices how business should be done!I highly recommend Friedmans!

Be careful with this company. They sold a tub from floor sample and It had a tiny cracked on one side which it could be covered by the tiles and we were agree to take it . Therefore, the product was wrapped to be picked up days later and they wrapped and did not show us before taken it. Another hairline crack to the inner right top was on the tub after we removed the wrap and they refused to do exchange or give credit back. Stay away and just go to Lowes, Home Depot, Amazon,. No worth it.

Lots of lovely high end appliances. I was looking for another Meile to replace my 20+ year old Meile dishwasher. Lisi, sales rep, showed me many brands and options as well as current models of Meile. In the end I decided on another dependable, long-lasting Meile and it was installed today. Wonderful care and service from Friedman's. I absolutely recommend them!

I purchased a Imperial Kitchen Ventilation Flush Mount last year. After waiting months which required numerous phone calls to inquire of the status of my appliance,it was confirmed it was "in the warehouse " it was now available for installation .The installation was scheduled, the installers arrived. It was clear from the conversation they did not understand what was needed to remove the old on and install the replacement.I still have the results of their struggle, a damaged cabinet. The installers took photos of the damage and contacted Friedman's to report it. I followed up with Friedmans on too many calls to track and was told each time 'we are aware and working with our .....'Today, over a year later I still have a damaged cabinet. Friedmans never called back as committed, after each of my calls. Obviously, I gave up.
