Fred Loya Insurance, where customer service hits a new low and rudeness knows no bounds. My recent encounter with this so-called insurance provider left me seething with frustration and disbelief. As my companions and I approached the entrance well before closing time, we were met with the unmistakable sound of the door being locked in our faces, as if we were unwelcome intruders rather than potential customers.
The blatant disregard for basic courtesy exhibited by Fred Loya Insurance is nothing short of appalling. Instead of accommodating our arrival, they chose to barricade themselves behind closed doors, leaving us stranded outside with no explanation or apology. It's as if they believe their time is more valuable than ours, an attitude that reeks of arrogance and entitlement.
This egregious display of disrespect is a clear reflection of Fred Loya Insurance's overall lack of professionalism and customer care. If they can't even manage to keep their doors open until the posted closing time, how can they be trusted to handle something as important as insurance? It's a disgraceful betrayal of trust and a slap in the face to anyone who dares to seek their services.
I urge anyone considering Fred Loya Insurance to think twice before subjecting themselves to such abysmal treatment. There are plenty of reputable insurance providers out there who actually value their customers and understand the meaning of basic decency. Don't waste your time and money on a company that can't even be bothered to keep its doors open. Fred Loya Insurance has proven that they're not worth the hassle.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Nasty attitude and customer service specifically from Solis Sarahi Esperanza whom doesnt seem to know what the hell she is doing, this office is full of incompetent people, definetly changing my insurance.

Service needs major improvement. They have a minimalist office atmosphere. Almost always only one agent to assist. Process from start to finish can take well over 1 1/2 hours( took me about 2 hrs and didn't get i/. They have to submit your insurance application to a supervisor and hope that supervisor is not busy to review the application/contract.

Horrible customer service on the phone and in the store , when asked to speak with a manager , the young lady on the phone gets mad and starts huffing and puffing saying i could just help you . She hung up the phone on me multiple times and never let me speak with a manager, i have been a customer with them for 3 years and it just seem like the customer service is getting worst.

It Took nearly 2 hours to complete a simple "rewrite" after my elderly father (83) was 11 days past on a 6 month "Pre paid" insurance. He always pays in advance... I was told by rep that they could just take the payment and be done! No added fees. Lies... the guy wanted his registration License & to take several photos of his car. Almost 2 hours & 50 pages of printed paperwork I'm still here asking why he's insurance now $150 more.... B-4 $255 Now $390... this company is TRASH!!! 2nd time here...

Fred Loya is absolutely a horrible choice for a place to purchase insurance. Paid $170 plus the first month $60, then $60 for every month after. Switched to Geico, and I paid $225 for six months with the same coverage.

Stay away this company, period! They cant even read a police report! I even tried to plead my case and asked the agents to read the report and they would have seen the at fault was the other car. I even had a witness, nope. At least i will get my money from small claims court. Karma,
