I recently moved to Long Beach and I'm so happy I found this salon—it's perfection. Love the funky, friendly vibe. My hair stylist is Alondra Medina, who is amazing. She really listens to what you're needing so you're happy with the results. I have weirdly wavy hair plus complicated bangs and she nails it! In addition to giving a great haircut, she did a mask treatment that worked wonders on my frizz. Best of all, she encouraged me to try a new warm auburn color instead of my usual cool black, and I love it! So flattering and a much-needed change.

Skylar reached out to me a good while ago and it's the best decision I've ever made! I've always dreaded the ~small talk~ that comes with getting your hair done but I'm always excited to hear what's going on with Skylar. She's helped inspire me to try fun colors and funky haircuts :)

I had an amazing experience with Skylar (@sadgalhair on IG). I went in for a shag, and she walked me through the whole process, listened to requests. She was such a delight and her booking process was very simple! One of the best cuts I have ever gotten, so happy with the results! I will definitely be returning for the lovely Skylar. ♥️

Requested style: I wanted a layered mullet to give my hair volume and shape and to lift my curls that were getting weighed down my excess hair. My stylist Olivia ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for.
Stylist: Olivia really nailed the pompadour mullet I was hoping for and freely offered great tips for caring for my hair texture and style, as well as useful product suggestions I'll be looking into!

Chantel did an amazing job with my request for light strawberry blonde/reddish tint. She even bought organic ammonia-free color for me and aced it the first time she had ever used it. Very happy.

After growing out my curly hair for the first time I was very nervous on getting it professionally cut but Blaine was incredible! He got my hair to the perfect shape and it feels so much more manageable now, salon has great vibes!!

Blaine is an incredible stylist! He listens to your vision and is realistic on the approach to preserve your hair integrity. He helps me step out of my comfort zone and we always plan something that is flattering and updated. I love how we chat over coffee or tea and his space is inviting and soothing. I always feel welcomed and happy with results when I leave his salon. Highly recommend!

I was totally disappointed I had a horrible first time experience. Brenda didn't do what I wanted in my hair. It looked nothing like what I had asked for. I wanted pink/gold balayage and got magenta highlights. It looks ugly. The color washed off in one wash. I had to go back to re-color my hair and came out with super dark hair. She explained to me that she couldn't get the color I wanted which I understand but it was nothing like expected. It looks worse than before. The worst part of all about this place is that I felt discriminated when they asked me for payment before she could start with my hair even tho she had already asked for a deposit. When she didn't do that for another customer. I just don't understand why she would do that to me, is it cus I'm Mexican because the other customer that paid once her hair was done was not. All the other customers there paid once their hair was done. I was the only one that had to pay upfront. Don't go here if ur Mexican or look broke even if ur not because they will notservice u unless u pay first. I'm unhappy with the service over all and will never go back.

I've been going to Sky for two years and I can't express how much I love her! Not only are her hair skills top notch, her vibe and energy are unmatched. I'm always wary about giving recommendations but Sky is and always be the only person I recommend when it comes to hair

First, great consultation! Appointment day was so fun. I was spoiled with drinks, head massage, a robe, great conversation, helpful tips and product recommendations.

Lastly, my hair came out beautifu! Better than it ever has!

i would put no stars if i could the service was not good did not get what i wanted far from what i expected! do not go especially book w skyler she is not good at her job i went because i seen good reviews was very disappointed w my results could never fine a good place. they were nice so makes up for the bad job.

Terrible left my hair 5 different colors I came in with healthy brown hair no box dye and an even tone I asked for blonde in the front and a partial highlights and ended up with big blonde strokes in the middle and front of my hair he did not tone it and charged me $250 for this so called hair coloring and the haircut was literally uneven . This was the owners work unfortunately. I will say he was kind so I paid and left but for the price , time it took and the skill level $250 is wayyy too much and he maybe just got this one bad but when it comes to ppls fragile hair and you charge that much you CANT afford to get it wrong this one time . Not worth $250 is all I can say . In the first pic it was right before in his changing room and the after is at my house . As you can see my roots were never done . And I don’t want to show the front because I don’t want my face online but it was a bright blonde like if I literally bleached it myself that’s what it looks like and this picture was not even the worst one I had . I wish I didn’t have to do this but I’m pretty upset and my scalp has been itching ever since as well :/

I have never been to a professional salon before and this was my first time. I used to just box dye my hair but I wanted to dye my hair more professionally and healthier. Skylar at Flaunt Salon is the most kind and best hair stylist I have ever met! She is so understanding on your dream hair and breaks down the plan for you. Skylar is very knowledgeable and will explain if you have any questions! She is also very gentle and always asks permission before doing anything. I love how my hair came out and I can't wait for many more hair journeys with her! 10/10 recommend!

I use Skyler and I can't say enough about her for color. She got me to exactly what I wanted, natural looking sun kissed hair. She is the bomb!
