Recently this service was sold and I will not return, the charge was too much, almost $80 dollars for a medium box, and the box was $12 dollars, I think they are abusing it for Christmas, and the woman still tells me that I do want it in Three days are $320 dollars, I thought it was better than other places.

Needed some extra copies of my Grandmothers obituary and did not have the main files but Ronee took the time to make sure I can get the highest quality replica of obituary for me to share with family and friends. The first version came out a bit blurry but Ronee took the time to clean the machine and do a few more versions to get me the clearest version. Truly appreciative of her going the extra mile for me on such short notice.

So I found myself in a fix on Friday afternoon to we're I was unable to make a trek to Hemet, California from North Long Beach California to take paperwork to we're it needed to be. So I looked up this location and headed over. Walk in and the store was clean employees were nice and helpful. So I asked the soonest delivery date. I was hoping next day when I was told they don't do weekend deliveries? I guess so I then ask the soonest day they say Monday and that had to be ok I guess as they said they don't do weekends but when I got my receipt Saturday at 10:30 am and it said preferred next day delivery and I was charged $43.00 for a package that Waugh less than a pound I was confused. So did you charge the overnight or what? Then they told me that's the normal rate. So $43.00 for two day delivery? I could have spent 0.45 cents on a stamp and it would have done the same thing. Nice store nice people but the price is outrageous. Go ups or if you have two days just use the postal service and save a crap load of money.One stars because the store was clean and the help was nice but save your money as far as shipping.

I went to FedEx to ship a package but was unsure of what I needed. I was welcomed to the store and helped out by Ronee. She was great and gave great customer service. Made it quick and simple and was patient with me since I had forgotten my ID in my car. Thank you!

I would personally like to thank Rob at FedEx. He was very helpful when one of the fax machines wouldn't work. He helped me fax my papers and make copies. Rob is the best employee at FedEx in Bixby Knolls. He helps with a kind gentle smile. Thanks soo much..
