OMG! I am not elderly but 62 and half the electronic stuff I don't know the 1st thing to do but if I had to figure it out I know I could but this young lady name Ronee helped me download and print documents out in color and some without color but hontee that girl was the queen of multitasking while helping me 100%.. I can tell she has a heart to serve the public with dignity respect patience and stlye..she is a wonderful customer service person.. I will always look to learn from her as I take my business to whatever location she is working at. Thank you Ronee

Needed some extra copies of my Grandmothers obituary and did not have the main files but Ronee took the time to make sure I can get the highest quality replica of obituary for me to share with family and friends. The first version came out a bit blurry but Ronee took the time to clean the machine and do a few more versions to get me the clearest version. Truly appreciative of her going the extra mile for me on such short notice.

So I found myself in a fix on Friday afternoon to we're I was unable to make a trek to Hemet, California from North Long Beach California to take paperwork to we're it needed to be. So I looked up this location and headed over. Walk in and the store was clean employees were nice and helpful. So I asked the soonest delivery date. I was hoping next day when I was told they don't do weekend deliveries? I guess so I then ask the soonest day they say Monday and that had to be ok I guess as they said they don't do weekends but when I got my receipt Saturday at 10:30 am and it said preferred next day delivery and I was charged $43.00 for a package that Waugh less than a pound I was confused. So did you charge the overnight or what? Then they told me that's the normal rate. So $43.00 for two day delivery? I could have spent 0.45 cents on a stamp and it would have done the same thing. Nice store nice people but the price is outrageous. Go ups or if you have two days just use the postal service and save a crap load of money.One stars because the store was clean and the help was nice but save your money as far as shipping.

I've been here several times for printing and shipping services. The staff here is very helpful. I've read some other reviews on this place and damn do I feel indifferent to those horrible reviews.. lol... the staff is always helpful... This last time - I emailed them to receive a quote on a project I worked on and they responded via email and even called me with a question on the type of "finish" for my project .. I totally appreciated their efforts in helping me to complete my project.

Oh my Lord this is the absolute worst FedEx or shipping center that I've ever been to. I have come here now many times because I work in the area. Every time that I come there is some different excuse they have for me to need to buy a box by tape by bubble wrap or something else. That is an added service. I'm always told that it's a requirement and I cannot ship my prepaid label box unless I make some modification. Now at first I thought I must be doing something wrong." I just don't understand how I should be boxing or labeling these shipments.", I thought to myself. But then I go to a different location a little further away from me. They never had a single problem shipping my boxes. Also, they were simply much nicer at the other store. I cannot stress highly enough how much I recommend you to go to literally any other location. My final interpretation is that the staff are trained to nickel and dime you with any excuse possible to make you spend money on items with the highest mark up. Good luck and happy shipping!

In the past, I didn't have a good experience here bec. it took so long to drop off my package for mailing, even though I was second in line. The cashier back then was too chatty (perhaps some appreciate that), but not sensitive to the growing impatience of people waiting. However, I changed my mind after my most recent visit. There were two people at the register aside from two others in another section, and even though I was second in line, one of the cashiers called a third person to help me, and that gesture alone made me feel valued as a customer about my time. The lady who assisted me was very good at her job, going through all the necessary steps that I feel was part of their training. No needless chatter but not snobby/deadpan either. Instead, she walked me through what she was doing to keep me abreast, such as, "I am logging in," "I am going to scan your code now," "I am printing out your label," and "I still need to give you a receipt," etc. I felt that extra consideration of letting me know what she's doing further showed a valuing of my time and perception, and helped me see that I was in and out there with only the time needed and all the necessary steps taken, such as getting a receipt even if it was just a code.
