I would highly recommend going with Farmers for any of your insurance needs. I work with Annie and have been doing so for the past 20 years. Working with her has been a pleasure, as she's been knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my time spent with the company. There's been so many instances where she's gone out of her way to figure out what would work best for me and my family or tried to resolve any issues that I've had. I can't say enough about working with her and would strongly recommend at least giving her and her team a shot if you are looking for any insurance needs.

I would like to say how satisfied I've been with Cathy Young and all her office team! Cathy had made sure to take care of me and my husband every time I inquire for a service such as changing or updating something in my policy. I'm a very techy person so I tend to be emailing instead of calling or personally showing up at the insurance office, since I'm always multi tasking at work or doing other things at the same time; I'm usually always busy. Every time I have inquired about adding or changing something on my policy via email, I get a response within or less than the 24 hour mark to notify my it has been done. I never have to call! Everything is done via email Communication ! I love that! I've been with Cathy and her team for the past 5 years. They are always super fast and their response time is very quick. I love that I can request a change/ upgrade/ addition to my policy, and it gets done right away without me having to wait a day. Even though I keep moving further and further away from Cathy's office, I will never change to another office ! Cathy, thank you very much! And im thankful for all of your team! Farmers insurance in and overall has taken care of me. Even in my worst times, ( car accident, totaled vehicle , etc). One of the best insurances I've ever known. I would never change to another agency. Farmers has been very godsend to me. There's no price for a good night sleep knowing I will be taken care of, always.

I have been doing business with Cathy young's office for about six years now. My experience has been great so far; I have fire insurance, jewelry insurance, and vehicle insurance. The customer service is top notch, the agent that I usually deal with is Annie S. Annie is amazing and is very attentive to all our insurance needs. Since I have been doing business with Cathy Youngs office, I have gained a personal relationship especially with Annie and feel safe and secure knowing this office has my best intentions in mind..
