Recently had to switch pharmacy because corporate pharmacies are not what they used to be! After COVID I've realized that corporate pharmacies just don't care about you, your health and what medications you are taking. Family pharmacy is a small owned business and after coming here I never want to go anywhere else! The pharmacist that works there truly goes above and beyond to make you feel like they truly care. My mom got prescribed two of the same medications (she would've been taking two doses of the same antibiotic) if it wasn't for the pharmacist! He made sure to call and correct this error with her doctor. He also took the time out to go over every medication she was taking, explain the side effects and asked her if she had any questions. He ACTUALLY took the time to listen to her and I was blown away by his customer service. Everyone at this pharmacy has such polite manners and great customer service. OH WAIT, it gets better. They actually have people who SPEAK SPANISH, so my mom was able to understand everything they were saying. Such a relief when I am not there to translate. Thank you family pharmacy for making me realize that there's still businesses out there that truly care about their customers well being. You just earned a forever long customer.

My son took the covid test which was 80$ and came out negative,an hour later it got worse his fever so i took him to the er and he ended up positive so i called and no refund waste of money and time

Omg! My first time there...the staff was super nice...They had stuff there that reminded me of my childhood...I called the pharmacy maybe 20 mins before arriving for my booster shot...I'm already nervous and jittery..I'm not a big fan of needles!!!! I hate them with a passion...but the pharmacy tech that gave me the shot, was amazing!! I didn't get his name because I was still in shock after getting my booster...I swear I didn't feel a pinch and he was very attentive talking to me the whole time to calm me down....the pharmacy blew me away from start to finish..And I'm sorry if I scared the other customers with my nervousness..I'm sorry but you guys all rock

They're the nicest most respectful people. I rode my bike and forgot my lock the security told me to bring it in to not leave it outside I didn't have to ask..that's one of many they're just great people.

Had to call the pharmacy for help regarding my parents medication. Ricky on the phone was so nice and assisted me. He called the people(insurance) that he needed to fix my parents medication and made sure my father got the medication he needed on time. Thanks Ricky! That was a good experience :)

If there were 10 stars I would give them 10!!! After having issues at other pharmacies to fill a wound care order, I contacted Family Pharmacy and they were on top of their game. The young lady delivered what they had that night and ordered the rest which I got 2 days later. I highly recommend Family Pharmacy! Friendly, Professional, Honest and making sure I was take care of. Thank you for your help and empathy!!!!!!
