Erik is so wonderfully kind and helped me with a vintage ring that I had been intending to fix for years. He went above and beyond to help me. I can't thank him enough for his thoughtfulness and help. My husband went to pick it up and was very impressed with Erik's thoroughness. 10 stars!

Erik is awesome! He did some repairs on my mom's necklace and resized a ring for me. He also restored a ring my grandma gave me. It is from the 1950s and was looking shabby. Erik did such a beautiful job with the ring. It is absolutely stunning. High quality work and he has great attention to detail. He was honest and personable. Highly recommend Erik for any jewelry needs!

Unfortunately, I placed a few calls and none of the calls were returned. In this utra-competitive world , I refuse to beg any vendor to take my money.
Im not why this vendor obtains different ratings unless the operations is limited to a select few.

Just got back from Erik’s studio. He had my engagement ring resized in less than an hour! ‘NUFF SAID. I went in expecting it to take a week or so, given how in demand his services are, but Erik told me he knew this was important and that he’d aim to have my ring resized that same day. I got a text that it was finished the same hour ? Beyond the above-&-beyond quick turnaround, Erik is also super personable, knowledgeable, and has great attention to detail. I was nervous about altering the ring I just received from my love 6 days ago, but Erik let me take my time trying on the two different sizes I was in between, made me aware of the process should I need to resize in the future, and gave me his professional opinion while leaving the resizing decision ultimately up to me and my comfort. I’m so glad we took off that 1/4 size! My ring fits perfectly now and looks absolutely flawless. He even gave my fiancé a discount since this was the second resize at his studio (I wasn’t there the first time, for surprise purposes…) Thank you so much Erik for perfecting my most precious piece of jewelry. 10/10, would recommend Erik to anyone!

Erik was very professional and knowledgeable. He assisted me with repair of a necklace and also reviewed options for fixing or redesigning a ring that had belonged to my mother. He came highly recommended from one of my dearest friends and it’s so great to now have a trustworthy jeweler. This was my first visit today but it definitely won’t be the last.

My fiancee and I needed our wedding rings resized. Erik was very patient, walked us through our options and answered all of our questions. He completed it quickly and did an amazing job. He had no pressure sales tactics which was very refreshing. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a jeweler!

I asked Erik if he could take a charm off my ring and turn it into a pendant. The process wasn't as simple as I thought it would be, but Erik was open to brainstorming ideas on how to fix the charm and in the end created something beautiful. He's very knowledgeable and fun to talk with!
