I have 7 kids and have been drooling over the gently used luxury vans Enterprise sells for years. My challenge was that I was 3,000 miles away in Boston and I wouldn't previously have considered making such a serious purchase without seeing the vehicle myself in person. My family commitments don't let me hop on a flight to go and buy a new vehicle. I finally but the bullet and decided to buy a van from them sight-unseen and everything worked out amazingly. I got a beautiful 2019 Transit with 11-passenger luxury seating--the only one currently for sale in the country. Teresa and Scott were great to deal with and made the remote transaction easy (though some stuff did have to be done on paper, per CA law). They were patient with me when I told them I wanted to arrange my own shopping and it took several days for the transporter to come pick up my van. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another van remotely from them again.

Teresa Gonzalez has the greatest customer service courtesies on the planet!! Even though I live over 1,500 miles away from Long Beach, in Oklahoma, she treated me as if I was her next door neighbor. She made my wife and I completely comfortable in buying a van sight unseen! She made our financing transaction with USAA a breeze! Teresa deserves a raise or promotion! Thanks Teresa! You made it extremely easy to buy a van 1,500 miles away over a local dealership down the street here in Oklahoma! All the best to you!

Bought van from them! Hard to find van. The van is awesome! It was delivered to me without me every seeing it other than in pictures. It is perfect! It is like new! So clean and in like new condition. The sales staff (my guy was Scott) is amazing! Very patient with all my questions, and very customer service focused. Buying from them was a great experience!

I had a few horrible experiences with used car dealerships last weekend then as a last ditch effort to get the Van I wanted I went to enterprise to check it out. I told Scott about my experience and he put me at ease and there was no BS. He was honest and gave me timeframes to how long the process would take and even with a trip to my bank he was spot on. I was driving home in only a few hours. Thanks Scott!

Purchased a 2017 Ford Transit 10 passenger van from Enterprise in January 2021. From my first call with Scott to the last I have never dealt with a more professional business person. Every step in the process was flawless. The van was shipped from California to Pennsylvania without issue. BTW, do not waste time trying to save a few bucks on shipping and doing it yourself, I investigated that option and it was not worthwhile. Also, the van came with a 30 day warranty and upon receiving the van I took it to a local Ford dealership and had a PA State inspection preformed. The only problem uncovered was 2 of the interior lights were not working correctly. The dealer replaced the units and Enterprise (Scott) sent me a check in less than a week.I cannot say enough about Enterprise and in particular Scott.Looking forward to my next purchase from Enterprise.5 Stars +

I worked with Scott on the transaction, and he did a really good job of walking me through everything over the phone step by step (I’m in another state, and it was my first time buying a vehicle remotely). Paperwork exchange was quick and easy via FedEx, and after payment went through on a Friday, the vehicle (shipped from California to Texas) was at my door on Monday—not bad! Buying from Enterprise Van Sales was a very positive experience for me.

I went to Enterprise to buy a used van and spoke with Scott Siney. I shared that I was looking for a van to convert to a camper and he reassured me that he could find me what I wanted, AND he was so true to his word!!! Scott called me to tell me that he just got in a van that he thought I might be interested in and he was so correct!!! I went there immediately and test drove my beautiful 2016 white Ford transit with leather seats!!! It was exactly what I wanted. Scott took excellent care of me all the way through the process. . He and Enterprise were honest, reliable and reassuring about the condition of their vehicles and even provide a 5000K/ 1 month warranty, 7 day return policy and everything else you would need to feel excited and safe about your no haggle purchase. I have been to dealerships where the "closer" gives you the run around-how disrespectful, AND I have walked off those lots. If you want a reliable vehicle go to Enterprise on Cherry Ave. L.B. and definitely if you want a van ask for Scott as he deals with the fleet sales. I never thought I would buy a vehicle online without 'touching it' first, but I have to say, it's been a great experience.
