I ended up here to buy a car. I got what I needed all in one day. The service is stupendous it's as if you've known the staff prior to coming there. They are friendly, and they take the time to find what you need or want
They had a wide variety of cars and in my price range. It's a business, but you don't feel the pressure that comes to purchasing a car when you are a woman. The staff is great and they will take care of you so give them a try!

My very 1st car buying experience and maan!! Mike Turner is your man to go to!! Very informative and takes his time to explain the process and just makes you feel comfortable! They worked with my Credit Union which helped a ton! So grateful/ thankful for my new Dodge Charger SXT!!! Thanks a whole buunch Mike!!!

I took my car out of the car shop after an oil change at lunch time. I drove into downtown Los Angeles. At dinner time on the return trip to Long Beach, the car died at an intersection. The car was towed back to the shop. This all happened on Monday. Tuesday morning, I was informed that it will cost me the "moon," to fixed the car. I walked to Enterprise Car Sales at lunch time. By dinner time, I drove out in my new car. This is my fourth car I purchased from Enterprise. They have be my savior.

Process was not explained clearly, credit ran twice on a pre approval, maxed out approval amount, concerns were not addressed or taken seriously by management. Never again!!!

Customer service was great but just do your research if you buy a car from them. Got sold a 2020 chevy malibu last year and everything was fine at the outset. They showed me a laundry list of "checks" they made before selling her to me but within months I had to replace the batter (which wasn't covered with either warranty) a pcv valve replacement which also wasn't covered. Knock sensors outta pocket and at least one other repair within 15 months. I just sold her back to the dealer 2 months ago at a loss after dropping 7k down for a lemon. So just PLEASE do your research and don't rush to buy.

The consultant greeted us at the entrance and was very helpful in all aspects of the transaction. The car that we purchased is well maintained, clean and had all documentation.
