Called Empire Tax and they where able to schedule me for the same day, I had my appointment at 4:30 but was not seen until 5pm. The tax preparer was very through and helpful. I recommend having these professionals do your taxes just make sure you have spare time. Overall everyone here is very friendly, specially the lady's in the front reception area.

The taxes services at Tax Pros in LB are fantastic. They are busy but once they get to you, you get 110% attention. They have a knowledge of the tax code that is second to none, friendly and very professional. I recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Hey Yelp this company is getting credit for the positive feedback from the prior owner. Their feedback should be calculated from when they bought the business from the prior owner. So they can earn their own stars based on their performance not the prior owner's performance

THIS IS A REVIEW FOR TAX PROFESSIONALS. To be clear- Bobby (the owner of Empire) prepared my taxes for years and was 5-stars. He was so great with helping me file my taxes and was wonderful with his clients. Tax professionals is the exact opposite. Do not go here! They made several mistakes on my taxes, were disorganized and unprofessional. They also do not answer emailed questions and have multiple people working on one tax file-it is bazaar. The only reason I decided to use their services was because of Bobby's recommendation, but I will never use them again.

Bobby always did a great job , however last 2 years he outsourced and they have done a terrible job last 2 years they have messed up on my taxes both years .

Wonderful to work with. Great customer service. Easy to file especially give the current times. Able to work with you in person for appointments. Would not go anywhere else. High recommend.

Unfortunately if they are out sourcing to Tax Professionals beware I had the same Tax pro for 25 yrs he retired and recommended Tax Professionals they did my taxes 2018 & 2019 both times I paid over $400 it took them 10 minutes to prepare. I received a bill from the IRS stating I did not declare income that was clearly given to Khan but overlooked when filing. When I called him to let him know he said with attitude he would look into it but then was unreachable. I knew I was not going to get that call. Yes my fault for not checking throughly but I never had a problem before. Very disappointed in this business I would not recommend them to anyone.

2021-- March 13 Mis-leading . The actual business is not empire tax company , the phone number goes to tax professionals. Correct address but a different company . Felt uneasy sitting in a messy office with no customers just the man with a heavy accent working on a couples taxes . Did not even wait I left and went to Jackson Hewitt . I thought I had written a review as I have used Bobby's tax services the last 2 years. He is amazing at taking care of all the guesswork and being prompt. When I received a letter form the IRS, I was super nervous but he took care of it. I found him through Yelp and have nothing but good things to say about Bobby. If you need tax help, he can take care of you and your needs. I highly recommend his expertise and skill! It beats Turbo tax especially if you own a home such as I do in another state. Who wants to figure all that out when you can have an expert? He is such a pro!
