What a cool place to discover. The entry system is wierd, seems to be trying to limit number of people inside, but it's not working, the place was packed.

? Here is a garden cheat sheet for you:
Art days in the garden happen every third Thursday of the month. Check the website’s “events and programs” page to see how you can attend. $2 fee but supplies provided ??
Reservations are required, admission is free. ?
Parking is required, payment needed. ?
There are parking kiosks at each parking lot you can pay at. It’s a machine with a “P” on it.
To pay less for parking, park at the ?green curb? and pay for “short term” at the parking kiosk. (It does not provide a physical ticket as the system is all digital.)
To see the hours open, go to the website and make a reservation — you will only be able to make a reservation for the hours the garden is open.
The website says reservations are required on the home page when you visit it.
Single restroom onsite.
Food not allowed.
Costumes/formal attire not allowed unless you arrange a photo permit with the garden.
No pets allowed.
This is a zen/Pureland garden and a “living museum”. It is expected for visitors to remain respectful of each other’s experience while visiting as well as leaving the nature intact and untouched.
For more information on garden rules, the garden has an “etiquette” page on the website you can read through. ? as long as you follow the above, you should be okay!

Small, but beautiful - and free admission. Apparently you need to make a reservation to visit. Doesn’t take long to see it all - take a deep breath and take it all in - zen!
