The hood and the top of my 2017 Tahoe Premier were severely damaged by UV rays. The clearcoat failed. E3 collision collaborated with Simpson Chevrolet and repainted the hood and the top of my vehicle, finish it with a detailed clay polish. It turned out wonderful as you can see. The E3 service was Superior.

I’ve used different bodyshops in the past and this was my first time using E3 Collision. I’m absolutely AMAZED by their efficiency and quality. Emilee is super professional. She went above and beyond with the service provided. She was always on top of communication to ensure I’m up to date with the repairs. She even provided a full car detail service. I HIGHLY recommend E3 Collision to anyone who needs quality service. They are ABSOLUTELY the best!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with E3 Collision on Cherry in Long Beach for some upgrades on my 2023 F-150. They did the tint, decals, and floor mats and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with the results. From start to finish, E3 Collision provided exceptional service and made the entire process stress-free and efficient.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with E3 collision. Crystal and the team were professional, timely, and very reliable, in terms of repairing my vehicle. They worked with my timeline and made the repairs in a timely fashion. They even made it easy for me to drop the car off at a local dealer rather than driving down to Long Beach. Everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. There were no surprise added costs. Without hesitation I would highly recommend E3 collision to you.

Had someone side swipe my corvette. Crystal and the team took great care of myself and the car, even going as far as installing a mod I had on hand for me for free. My vehicle was hit from behind while parked and the culprit left without a care in the world. When I noticed the damages I drove to a local dealership. I asked if they had a body shop on their premises and I was told they did not but they did provide me with a E3 collision business card. I called E3 the following day to confirm their location and to ask if their business was a certified body shop. Without any hesitation they replied "yes we are". Although the shop is quite a distance from me, I did not hesitate to go out there to get a quote. I go inside their office and immediately get greeted by Crystal with a big smile and a welcoming tone of voice. I informed her that I was there to get a quote, since I was not sure if it would be better to pay out of pocket or to file a claim with my insurance. Crystal right away jumped into action! When done, Crystal explained the repairs, the costs and the approximate time needed to complete the job. Honestly her vibe, honesty and excellent customer service skills were on point! She was so sweet and comforting too. I am so thankful and blessed to have met her.After I left the shop, I knew that's where I would be taking my vehicle. I filed my insurance claim on Wednesday and by Friday, Crystal had already taken care of dealing with the insurance adjuster and my rental reservation. I took my car in Monday morning and I picked it up today in the afternoon. My vehicle looks great!Thank you Crystal and all of the E3 Collision staff for being so professional and providing quality work.

It was a great experience. Crystal helped me so much in not only with getting my car fixed with new parts but also dealing with the insurance company. There were only going to give me the less than $1000 for everything but Crystal was had them pay out the full amount of $5000. I recommend this to anyone. Excellent customer service ?
