I should have leave this comment sooner. Dr. Marchi is wonderful, gentle, kind and compassionate. He made a very difficult experience of saying goodbye to our Soxy and later Charlie so much easier and kinder. We recommended him to friends and will call again when that time comes again. Thank you Dr Marchi and Amber for all that you do. ❤️

I was dreading and extremely anxious when my beloved Annie became ill and one day required at home euthanasia on an emergency basis. Thankfully, Dr. Marchi came to my house with last minute notice, and me and my family felt comforted by his warm and compassionate presence throughout the process. For my last dog, I used a large, well known company, and while I don’t have any complaints about the doctor they sent, I have to say that I prefer Dr. Marchi hands down in every respect, from how he does business to his personality and sincere kindness. My dogs are family and the most important. He made the process so much more peaceful than I anticipated, and I could not be more grateful to him. He is a true class act. I’m so glad I used him for my Annie.

I'm SO thankful to have found Dr.Marchi (and Stephanie) such an awesome experience for such a hard time. My old man Marley got to pass right in the comfort of his home where he was also born and for that I'am very grateful
Thank you Dr.Marchi for having such a kind heart???

This is the fourth time I have interacted with Dr Marchi, directly or indirectly. (One was a recommendation to a friend who was very satisfied, one was for a client of mine, but I was present and watched everything first hand, and twice more for my own dogs). For those who view euthanasia as the ultimate gift one gives one's companion, as the deliverance offered, it can be a peaceful, loving and even beautiful experience. Thanks to Dr Marchi, I was once again able to gift that gift to my boy today. From the kind and compassionate receptionist Stephanie, who had all the necessary questions asked in a compassionate manner, to Dr Marchi himself, I recommend this business. He is gentle, kind, soft spoken, compassionate and non -judgemental. He KNOWS. He GETS IT. It is a well organized company, yet it does not feel like a business. It feels like a friend coming to relieve your other friend from pain. And the prices are extremely fair. For the record, I am a pet sitter, and have been present during many at home euthanasias, provided by different services, because all my kids matter to me. And Dr Marchi is my doctor of choice for those farewells.

Dr. Marchi has the aura of a saint. He was so warm, patient and compassionate and I deeply appreciate how he made one of our most difficult moments so peaceful. He was wonderful about explaining every step and answering so many questions my kids would ask. My kids all chose to be present for the entire event and I am so glad that they were able to have closure and and feel good that they were with our dog till the very end. Even all the communication, planning before and after with Dr. Marchi’s team were above and beyond. Thank you so much for allowing us to give our dog such a beautiful and dignified goodbye.

Thank you to Dr. Marchi and amazing staff for helping us through this difficult time and making the process easier than we thought it was going to be. We were able to get same day appointment and they explained very clearly what was going to happen. When the time came they were extremely compassionate and very patient. Letting us take our time saying our goodbyes. And when our Snowy was ready to be picked up they made it a very easy process and they really show that they took good care of him. Gave us a card along with the paw ink prints beautifully framed with little dried flowers and lockets of hair that we had asked for last minute but they were so very sweet to still be able to do it for us. My family and I are incredibly thankful to everyone. Definitely will be recommending Dr. Marchi

After seeing all the great reviews, my own experience with calling so far to inquire about timing, cost, and other related tough questions, has been five star! Twice I talked to one of the aftercare personnel (a lady whose name is Sid I believe) and I once with Dr. Marchi. I never felt rushed and that is the most important thing for me at this point, since my decision is irreversible. Having a pet who’s quality of life is still pretty good overall makes the decision tougher. They’ve been very patient and I gave plenty of notice (about 36 hours) to cancel the first appointment that I set because my beloved Molly made a turnaround that has now lasted another week so far. It could be another few weeks so I’m very glad I didn’t feel pressured to make the decision for the appointment I made initially. I’m so glad this doctor and his team specialize in end-of-life care because my usual Vet has stayed far too neutral on the topic. I realize vets can’t make the ultimate decision, but they can give advice based on their medical experience. I’m so grateful for this team.

This past Friday my dad had his goldendoodle put down. He was 13 years old and such a great dog. My dad and his wife got him when he was a puppy. My dad's wife passed two years ago so that made the decision to put their dog down far harder. The one thing my dad knew was he really wanted to do this at home. I didn't even know that was an option. He called around numerous places and they were all much more expensive than Dr Marchi.
Dr. Marchi arrived within the time frame he gave my dad. It was mostly family in attendance at my dad's house with the exception of the local mailman. That's how much everyone loved my dad's dog. Even the local mailman showed up. Dr. Marchi was very soft spoken and comforting to everyone. He explained the process and really made everyone feel that everything was going to be ok. I really do feel that his way of being so professional and soft spoken really helped my dad through the process.
The entire process went as well as could be expected. My dad's dog passed peacefully with family around. This was absolutely the way to do things. This is never an easy thing for anyone but this was by far the most peaceful way I've seen a pet pass away.
I really do feel that this is the best way to have your pet put down if you can afford it. Like I said, he's very reasonable compared to other people that do these in home services but it's still pricier than going to a vet. No family pet should pass away stressed out in a vet's sterile office.

We needed their services to transition our 16 year fur baby. We had a previous experience with our veterinarian but regretted it. This time we wanted to make our baby as comfortable and in his own environment. Dr. Marchi made this event so peaceful and endearing no matter the pain and sheer stress of it. Thank you for helping us to elevate our love without pain or chaos.

About 2 years ago Frankie developed IBD and kidney disease and my vet was pretty accurate that he would pass away at 14. A couple months ago, he was getting thinner by the week, seemingly wanting to crawl into the space heater. It took some time for my husband to agree it was Frankie's time to depart. I really didn't want a stressful car ride to the vet or worse, animal emergency. My local veterinarian referred me to Dr. Marchi. He was so gentle and compassionate and gave us the time we needed with Frankie before saying our final goodbye to his physical presence. I am so grateful that Dr. Marchi was the doctor who made his final passing as peaceful as possible.

Dr. Marchi is an angel. My Zooey was a feral cat, still very fearful of people other than me at fourteen and a half years. His transition was so calm, no fear at all. We are grateful for the humanity of Dr. Marchi.
