My truck had to have its transmission replaced within the first month of purchasing. The owner paid HALF of expenses for a transmission they chose to place in. Come to find out it wasn't the right transmission for the car so we had to go somewhere reliable to get the transmission REDONE. To which the owner did not want to help pay. I'm now paying damn near $1200 a month for this truck in fees to fix up the issues they sold the car to me with just to avoid a repo. The sales people are nice , but even they know we were done wrong. The many times we went in person we also saw other angry owners with major issues on vehicles they just bought. My mechanic said the issues the vehicle came with have been there for a long time & it was clear to see. I tried to keep my business local in Long Beach but knowing what I know now I would AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! - infiniti stars

Very grateful to Diego and Corey over at diamond motor cars. They made my experience as smooth as possible due to the fact that I am suffering from a physical illness.They did their best to get me in and out as quickly as they could to accommodate me and I really appreciate that.Absolutely love the car I got such a beautiful car Thank you so much guys!

I highly DO NOT recommend this dealer. When they say they finance everyone, they will most likely take all your money and sell you a bad car. I got a car from here and when I told them it had issues no one wanted to make themselves responsible. Claiming they have no mechanic. When I told them that this car is dangerous to drive they did not care for. Car is in my possession for 5 weeks and it has major issues. They will finance you a car with issues and won't make themselves responsible. When in the first place cars should never be sold in such conditions. That is why laws exist because of dealers like this. If they don't have it their way they will threaten you and/or use scare tactics. Please save your time and most of all your money and DO NOT finance from here. There's a kid there by the name of Diego. Unprofessional at its finest. He personally told me they pay people for reviews. So many reg flags here. It's unfortunate that dealers like this still exist.

I purchased a BMW at Diamond Motorcars several months ago thinking that this business was a sincere and respectful business, but I soon was delivered a reality check. A couple of months after the purchase I experienced multiple problems with the vehicle. The gas pump issue was the first and their mechanic fixed it at the customer's expense. Then not even a month later the engine light came on again in which I notified the business and was told that they didn't have a mechanic to service the car. I was supposed to receive a phone call back letting me know that they would at least get another mechanic to look into it but that call never came. Therefore, I was left to find a mechanic to help me to get the car in good condition. I was told by the mechanic that the car couldn't have passed a smog check because there is a major mechanical problem with the car. I had the valve replaced and the car is about to get the major part done in November so that it can pass a smog check. This all has and will cost me about $4,000.00. I am paying for a car that shouldn't been on the lot until the car was in very good condition. The Owners are very dishonest persons who are focused on stealing people money and not providing great service to those who work hard and want to have a nice vehicle to take them to work and do some extracurricular activities for their mental peace. The owners have caused mental distress, distrust in business interactions with businesses, and thievery. It makes a person see how evil people are and have no conscious. It's very challenging in this society and no wise person doesn't want to waste their money or be swindle by a unethical company.

Corey and Gabriel were both extremely unprofessional. Inquired about a vehicle they had in stock that I was going to travel for because it was a hard to find vehicle. I was told that I can put down a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle until I could fly down there the following week. They pulled my credit and we got the deal all worked out, so I went ahead and booked my flight and requested pto. I send Corey the card information to take my deposit, but I never see the charge. I called and texted to ask what was going on, but I was ignored. At the end of the day I receive a text saying “with a customer, call you right back”. Needless to say, I never received a call.The next morning I send Corey a text to ask why my deposit hasn’t been taken, and then receive a message saying my number was blocked. I called the dealership and Gabriel answered, telling me that they are selling the car to someone else. When I asked him why they told me to make a deposit and why they pulled my credit if they had no intentions on selling me the car, he just said “I don’t know what to tell you” and hung up on me.I get that business is business, but it is bad business (and super sketchy) to pull someone’s credit, take their card information, and then block them with no explanation. Not to mention that I am now going to have to waste more time cancelling my flight and working with HR to get my pto back. It is shocking that any organization could have such low standards for the people they hire.

Sold me a Ford Transit Van and apparently it was a vandalized vehicle. Developed an exhaust leak and it turns out the exhaust doesn’t match the vehicle and now it’s going to cost just under $5,000 to replace. It’s now parked and unusable until I come up with the money for replacement. Put less than 10k miles on the vehicle.Thanks for nothing!
