Denise is a total rock star lender! She is not only extremely knowledgeable she is just a really kind, awesome person to work with. We had a complicated loan situation and she never once lost her cool, her patience, or belief that it would all work out. And she was right! The whole lending process can be very frustrating and stressful from start to finish and having Denise there every step of the way, talking me off the ledge, calmly getting us to the next step and the next step was crucial not only to us securing the loan but to my SANITY! She actually cares about her clients and she has an incredible work ethic. Truly, that combination is hard to find and I am so grateful for everything she did for us. As a first time home buyer we had little information to what a Lender did for the home buying process. Denise was very insightful while showing us our cost breakdowns, all of our available options and getting us the best rate. She was very patient and thorough walking us through every step of the lending process and was always available to answer any questions we had.
