Please, everyone keep writing reviews to protect other customers from bad and poor services. I'm not here to argue with Ken. He did wrong and doesn't care about customers. Keep writing, and inform other customers.

Worst experience ever. This place is seriously the worst. On top of messing up my clothes. They double charge for items i already pay for. Not efficient, not reliable, the worker can never give the right answer to questions you have about the clothes. And to top it off when you bring up concerns to the "OWNER" he just gives you a $2 coupon. Never coming back again ! Don't recommend this place to anyone !

I love the masks on the wall. Incredible cultural experience while waiting for the professionally cleaned clothes I drop off. I appreciate the history behind this cleaners too. They are going to celebrate 50 years in business there at that location next year. Congrats!

Spent $32 to get three pairs of pants sewn back together. All three came undone within a few minutes after putting them all on, with basic walking around the house. Don't waste your money here.

I love the service and attention that I receive at Deli Cleaners. Ken is such a caring and considerate owner who goes the extra mile to make sure the work is done right. I've taken quite a few clothes to his establishment and they always come back looking better than ever. I would recommend his cleaners to anyone who wants to look good.

I've been coming here for years and the work that Deli Cleaners performs is impeccable. I've had the usual shirts and slacks, cleaned as well as comforters and tennis shoes. All returned to me and pristine condition. Not only are the clothes, crisp and clean but they're delivered on time and affordably. I have and will continue to recommended Ken and his cleaners to multiple friends. My friends have all had good responses to their experiences as well.

They are not flexible and do not really care about customer satisfaction. For the price I paid, I would expect this would matter. If you’re not happy with how the alteration came out, they will charge you extra to get it repaired again. No apologies or customer reassurance whatsoever, it is what it is. That’s how this place is. NEVER coming back!!

I've come here a few times.. This time I dropped off 5 dresses and a pair of trousers that were all used one time at a wedding. When I originally came in to pick up my stuff (the date indicated on the receipt) they said it wasn't ready and they would call when it was. They never called. I eventuality went back and discovered that my moms dress was frayed in so many different places. When I pointed it out to the guy he was just like oh I don't know. He didn't offer a discount or anything. I paid and left. I will not be returning.

I brought in a table cloth to be hemmed to fit a smaller table. The table cloth had beautiful flowers on the long sides of the cloth so I asked if they could hem from both sides to keep the flowers even and I was told yes. When I picked up the tablecloth, it was ruined. One side has been cut and hemmed leaving flowers only on one side. I called the business trying to figure out what went wrong and wasn’t called back. I am disappointed with the service and lack of respect for their customers. I will not use them again and will warn people of their work in the future.

I went to this business to have a tablecloth hemmed to fit a smaller table. The table cloth had flowers on the edges of the two longest sides. I asked the person who worked there if they could hem the sides of the table cloth on both sides to make sure its even and he said yes they could. I picked up the table cloth and was excited to see it on our table ready for my daughters first birthday and was horrified. Who ever hemmed the table cloth cut all the flowers off one side of the cloth leaving one side with flower. It was absolutely ruined. I called Deli so I could talk to someone to figure out what went wrong and never got a call back. I'm disappointed that this happened and will not be using them again.
