I don't like "savings card" because it is just another grab of my data.
So I am inclined not to use them
But if they save money, then fine, I will acquiesce
I made a rare purchase at CVS when picking up a script.
I bought something that was on sale for $22 regular $29
And I was ask "do you have a card" and I said no. Then got charged regular price.
I had to ask "do you not need the card to get the sale price" and the cashier said yes, my purchase would have been $6 cheaper if I had the card.
I had to have him refund and charge again to get the deal
I avoid shopping in these dirty little stores, unless I have to go.
Employees who don't care about the guest is why.

I have never encountered such horrid service, they rush me off phone before finishing a sentence, give wrong information, and my precriptions are always being messed up,ie,say it is being processed then say they do'nt even have in stock. Theses are meds I have been taking for years. I am a senior with limited mobility and have been forced to drive (since I don;t have caregiver) when it could be dangerous. I loved the one on 650 Bellfloer, they were kind and listened to me. T only reason I come here because it is the closet.. I am so downhearted and disqusted with their treatment,someone needs to check this manager and the wha he runs ths pharmacy,appalling. So sad at the state of the medical processions. I hope someone will check this place out. Brokenhearted customer and consumer.

I normally wouldn't review a CVS ... most are neither good nor bad... they just are .. they simply quietly exist without much fuss... and that's ok. but this one is certainly an exception! I came in frantic on a Friday evening, looking for some last minute party supplies. Not only did Nancy help me find what I needed, she was so patient as I ran back and forth from aisle to register with more stuff like a chicken (in heels) with its head cutoff. The photo printing services were quick and reliable too! Thank you for saving the day!!

One reason for the mediocre review is the failure of this website to note the pharmacy is understaffed, so is closed from 1-2 pm, a major problem for those trying to pick up prescriptions during their lunchtime.

This is specifically for Bao Nguyen, a pharmacist.Came here twice to get my medications. Even updated my insurance and profile.First time, he didn’t want to help me mid-transaction or the other lady next to me. He gave me the same excuse as her “the insurance is wrong, call them to change your name.”The second time, I went with another person, and she immediately helped me.Apparently Bao was trying to use not only my name wrong, but also my birthday.Even after I had showed him my ID and insurance card, he had the audacity to ask “are you sure that’s your name??”When they finally ran it under my ID name, as I had asked, it worked. He just didn’t want to do it, it seems.Be wary, I hope he gets his act together, otherwise, you will be gaslighted into thinking your name is wrong ?

Bau Nguyen, the pharmacist, is the reason I go to this pharmacy. He is attentive, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and he treats me like a person. I've never had a better pharmacist in my life. He's also very funny and I know that's a very stressful job, but he is always kind and available. CVS is so lucky to have him.

I had a prescription filled here and had a consult with the pharmacist. I took the pills for an entire month and came back to get it refilled a month later. I got home and realized the pills were different than the ones I had previously taken, I check the bottle and the first prescription was the WRONG MEDICATION. I had been taking the WRONG pills for a month! I went back and had them look up the receipts and photos and sure enough, they gave me the wrong pills but had the correct paperwork/labels on the bottle. How does this happen!? All they said was "sorry". Thank god I didn't die or have something terrible happen to me.

PLEASE READ - YOUR HEALTH IS AT RISK: Avoid filling your prescriptions here at all costs. I have been a medical advocate for 20+ years and have worked with numerous pharmacies and doctors and I can count on one hand how many obsencenly horrible experiences including this pharmacy's service. We have reported to numerous employees, pharmacists, manager the lack of efficient, courteous service here and NO ONE has provided any solutions. We have approached this calmly and have not write a review trying to give the benefit of the doubt. There is lack of communication through the app and no text and phone calls. Letting extremely important prescriptions on back order lapse into expiration. Multiple different excuses as to why this has occurred and none offering a resolution. Numerous other prescriptions getting held up without phone calls or texts as to why. If I could I would give zero stars. CVS PLEASE review this store for retraining and your own processes for efficiency.

The pharmacy and staffs behind the counter at this location has been consistently inefficient with having medications available, and providing information when their shipments will come in. I've had my meds sent in with confirmation from the doctor, went in to pick it up and there was always an excuse or something why they don't have it.The doctor at the Pharmacy leaves early and pharmacy staffs are inexperienced and intentionally slow in customer service,not friendly, and act like they are too busy to look up and help their customers. The Vietnamese guy behind the counter was rude and rushed when questions were asked about picking up meds. Another time the girl working there said "I don't know when the meds will come in..you'll have to call first" an excuse to send customer away then doing her job. Very Poor overall pharmacy service. Tried to give it a chance..worst pharmacy experience ever. Please retrain your staffs and team. Better off switching pharmacy then wasting your time going to CVS here to get your meds.

Worst pharmacy ever! Each employee told me something different. We don’t show that rx, it’s on order, should be in tomorrow and we get orders in every day not on weekends I found out. I was transferred when bixby closed and will never go back. I had surgery yesterday and one med is still on order from 7 days ago and I had another called in yesterday after surgery because of complications and they don’t have and that’s on order, never again!
