Really nice staff and great service, realized the passport photos done at a CVS in Irvine weren’t up to quality. Went to re take a set at the store and they didn’t charge me.

Nobody in the pharmacy would wear a mask!!! Don't they know people come to them for prescriptions because they are NOT healthy. 8 people in line, everyone wearing a mask, not one pharmacist or person checking you out would wear one. When asked they pointed to a sign and said, and said they don't have to. Is that what healthcare has come to? Find a private pharmacy that cares whether you live or die because CVS does NOT!!

I waited at least 10 mins in line behind one person to have my proscription fill (pain pill for toothache) Finally it was my turn, the clerk told me they could not fill my proscription because it was two minutes to nine and they r getting ready to close the store?

Today I went into the CVS Pharmacy at the Los Altos Center, and Andrew came to the window to help me. Wow! What a pleasant, professional interaction it was. The 5 star rating is solely for Andrew. Maybe somehow someway his pleasant, courteous, friendly customer service will rub off on some of the others that work in the pharmacy. Thank you Andrew for the exceptional customer service.

Chloe is my favorite pharmacist. She remembers me, understands the complexities of my numerous conditions and always has a friendly greeting.

I fell victim to gift card fraud at this CVS location. I purchased Starbucks gift cards in white paper enclosures on Christmas Eve 2022, but when I suspected possible fraud, CVS Customer Relations was unhelpful. Despite promising a response within 7-10 business days, I did not receive one until over a month later, and they insisted the cards had been activated at the point of sale. However, in cases of gift card fraud, the cards activated are often different from those paid for, leaving the customer with an unactivated card while the fraudster has an activated one. The store and Customer Relations were unwilling to assist or acknowledge the possibility of fraud. The loss was only around $45, but the time lost trying to resolve this issue is frustrating. I hope that CVS will take steps to compensate me for my loss, prevent fraud and improve their customer service in the future.

Every time I pick up a prescription it takes at least 20-30 minutes waiting time after handing over the prescription. I cant understand why they are so slow. It is a mystery to me why it would take so long to take 4 pills and put them in a plastic box. My 3 years old son would be faster

Andrew is the best retail pharmacist hands down. He is fast, whip smart, and very personable. He helped me out with my prescription in ways that are hard to describe. What a fantastic gentleman!

In the past I found this store to be vastly understocked. After speaking with a number managers over the years, I do believe they now have someone in place that knows what they are doing.I have visited this store twice in the past 10 days. I found their stock levels to have improved to the point that I actually had choices!I hope these improvements continue into the future. Such a convenient location paired with good stocking makes me very happy!Who knows, that 4th star may pop up in the future.

NOT GOOD. My wife and I came here on a Sunday afternoon to get our flu shot. We had an appointment (made using their online system) - my employer provided a voucher for both of us, and we entered that information into the system when we made the appointment. The first clue that this wasn't going to go well was when we did NOT receive a reminder/notification of the appointment; but, we showed up anyway just before our allotted time. Clue #2 was when we witnessed a vendor (who was apparently performing clean-up/removal services for the store) and one of the employees arguing rather vociferously outside the entrance (we probably should've known better than to proceed any further at that point, but celeste'le vie). After waiting about 10 minutes in the main Rx line (kinda' odd to me they don't have a specific line/kiosk for vaccines, given that they DO have a totally separate area for administering them; but, whatever) - and hearing two of the customers in front of us loudly express their displeasure over the pharmacy administration - we checked in. The technician had trouble finding us in the system, so she had to call the actual pharmacist over - and while I appreciate being able to actually "meet" the pharmacist, honestly, he had more important factors to see to at that moment that what should have been a routine/simple vaccine check-in. The icing on the cake was when he handed the check-in off to (yet another!) technician, and he then informed us that there would be a $94 charge for each of us! We insisted that we had entered the employer-voucher information when we had registered a few days prior, but he was unable to locate that in their system, so we just left. This experience reminded me why I went away from filling my Rx at CVS a few years ago (we only came here for the flu shot because my employer has the vendor-agreement with them, yuck). If you're in East Long Beach/Los Alamitos, check out 'Galexy Pharmacy' on Los Alamitos Blvd - your Rx may cost a tad more, but IMHO the loss of aggravation will make it worth it.
