Sales associate Maria was very rude. I waited in line and she let 4 customers ahead of me. I told her I was waiting in line and she just rudely responds and says ok while still taking another customer after the fact not even apologizing. Choose a different job if you hate customer service!

I only go to CVS to pick up my mother's prescriptions. The pharmacy used to be open during the entire business day and then they started shutting down from noon to one for their "lunch break"! Then it was changed to 12:30 to 1:00 so I had to adjust when I would go to pick up her prescriptions. Now it's changed again to 1:30 to 2:00. This is ridiculous! The only way to know when they go to lunch is the small print at the Pharmacy register 'hours of operation'. I don't know any business who wants to make money having all their employees go to "lunch" at the same time (well, government employees!!). The CVS at the corner of Stearns and Bellflower is a very busy pharmacy and should hire more employees so that they can go back to staggering their "lunch" breaks as they did before. I am not saying the employees shouldn't receive their break but the customer should be able to rely on the pharmacy to be open during normal business hours. It took me four visits to get one prescription. Not acceptable.

CVS pharmacy opens at 9am........Came at 9am because my prescription was sent since the day before while coming out of surgery. Went to the drive through and I'm told I have to wait 30 minutes and I cant wait at the window because there might be others getting their prescription. What sense does it make when I'm waiting as well. So I leave and come back at 9:15......I'm told I was not able to wait at the window. When it's 15 minutes till was told to wait in the parking lot until 9:30 and no cars are even here to begin with.

Slow as hell, long and slow lines could easily be avoided and dealt with, but with the way they work, never goin happen.

This place has improved with the safety of the consumer. The biggest problem was the lightning exterior of the business parking lot area. And the panhandling in the dark parking lot. With the bright lights, today was a good day. Great job to the team at CVS. This place has not disappointed me on the sale on goods day to day basis. Keep it coming. For the loyal customer, we love it. I was able to grab a few items, especially the drinks(Celsius). I hope they stock up on more flavor. My go-to flavor is the Artic flavor. Please restock! This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience. P.s. This pharmacy sucks ass!! In line said it will only take 15min go to drive-through get there then it's going to take one hour?! WTF you made me go to my car just to tell me that! Why couldn't you just say that to my face!!! Never coming here thank god they sent here by mistake and will never be here again feel sorry for the people that don't have a choice

Too many homeless people around. Always asking for a handout! Peeing in front of the store. Pharmacy is always getting medication wrong. I've had to come back to the store several times before already. Seems like they're not paying attention to what they're handing the customers. This place just keeps getting worse and worse. The only good thing here are the checkers usually very nice and polite.
