The worker ashley was so caring and kind and helped work me through the process. I’ve also seen her translate for spanish speakers and she is undoubtedly the most patient worker i’ve ever met.

I give this CVS a 2 stars just because the people at the pharmacy were nice. This used to be my go to local pharmacy, after some years I went back and This place is remodeled but it'd so dirty! I couldn't belive how much trash was everywhere especially the pharmacy area. Looks like a Crack house, so sad this pharmacy thinks their customers deserve such a dirty store. I won't be coming back unless is an emergency!

Me: Can I just drop this off?Employee: I need to scan the items.Employee talking to co-workers: She is just standing there , she needs to go in line. I didn't know I had to stand in like fro a drop off unless I need a receipt, but I don't!Like I'm standing there why this individual speaking to me like I'm invisible. Employee are on high class .

I've lived in this area since 2014 and I know a lot of the workers at this CVS. I appreciate these guys and all they had to put up with. Sadly, a lot of my favorite workers are being singled out one by one. I learn later that they are trying to shut down 24 hr due to the rising theft. Im also told that with the new manager who is vying for the loss prevention position is picking on every little thing so she can to make herself look appealing to upper management. Sounds like CVS does not care about their employees. The economy is bad enough. Practices I've heard about how this new management is going about are: writing up your employees for frivolous things despite of good record & till count when there has hardly been embezzlement from the workers. Word of advice - giving your former employees bad reviews so that potential employers won't hire them is poor form. Your tactics are bogus. These workers have families and it's difficult as it is to find new jobs. FIX MANAGEMENT. Everything rises and falls upon leadership. Clearly the current management has poor leadership skills.You can flag this review but I already emailed your ethics/business conduct committee.

Obviously zero stars are intended. Attacked by someone off the streets. We were Just wanting to pick up allergy medicine for wife and a free Covid test for myself that was offered. This WAS my pharmacy, but obviously taking my business else where. Could this have happened anywhere, yes., but No one from the store offered help, took pics/video, and an out of shape security guard who didn't do anything.... Not 1 cvs employee offered assistance even afterwards. Not a "are you ok? Can I get you anything? silence on their part. Take your business elsewhere. Partial paper plate on his burgundy Nissan is "2272".He tore front paper lic off and only could tear partial paper lic on rear.

Terrible pharmacy I never came without a line always had a long line and damnnn you can't even see the cashier who get the medicine an effort to make it fast even they knew had a long line. And how can you work at medications pharmacy almost all the cashier here has the long nails. I have no choice to choose this pharmacy very close to my house which I can even walk to get medicine. Ggrrr

Terrible customer service. Requested a medication transfer call and was told " Z don't pick up, takes too long, just email your doctor and have them call us". Just went back to the Z pharmacy for more info on my prescription and said "I don't know what she's talking about we do transfers all the time and they go well same day". Funny thing is I was told to call back this CVS location the next day to initiate the transfer from Z since business closed yesterday and the rep said could do it (different rep at CVS) LMAO. Don't go to this location. Not sure who I talked to today but terrible customer service. I don't recommend this location.

This isn't the first time I've tried to order a simple photo and had the hardest time... Crystal "helped" me both times and she's a disaster. I waited 2 hours for a 1 hour photo, I made a mistake print and went online to reprint the correct size and she said it takes about 25 minutes after submitting my order. I went after 30 minutes and they hadn't even printed it, they said the computer supposed to print it by itself but they "didn't refresh" the computer page... I caught the other worker who tried to help me, and before I RESUBMITTED another photo order for the 3rd time she said it popped up on screen she just needed to refresh the computer. I told her I hadn't submitted it yet and she was barely printing the 2nd order I sent out (at that point I was waiting for about 50+ minutes). I told her about that and showed her my phone; that I hadn't ordered the last order yet. She was dumbfounded, I then put my 3rd order for safe measures so there wouldn't be anymore excuses. They are a MESS at this CVS location. The workers walk around like chickens with no head, except the woman who helped me with liquor she was holding the CVS down while crystal and the other worker were "helping" me. All for literally 1 picture. They then said it was free... I waited about 3 hours total for a free 12¢ photo. What a joke. I would've paid more money to get the correct order faster. & the first time which was around 2 years ago I ordered a photo and the same Crystal said I wasn't able to receive them because I didn't have identification to confirm it's me... look at the pictures! Also this time I ordered no one asked me for any identification, even for the first order that went through and it was my mistake. Horrible customer service. I would've still been willing to pay for all the photos if they gave me my correct one without that hassle.

This cvs has a real 24 hour pharmacy! Long lines but the pharmacy is always open. Typical less than stellar cvs service. Reflected in their low yelp ratings

I have been coming to this pharmacy because of your incredible employees. ISAAC at the pharmacy stands out as an amazing employee!! He is always so patient and works extremely hard to ensure everyone gets their meds. He is often the only one at register but manages to be kind and amicable with customers. He is the BEST employee u have at the 233 willow Ave store in Long Beach, CA. Please give a huge raise and hold on to this extraordinary employee!Sincerely, Dr. Mike C.
