They told me to sign up for the 1$ membership and after charged me more than being told I was going to and after charged me an additional 60$ after they consistently told me to wait a year of the contract to end because or else I would be charged the same fee. After I payed attention to what I was being told I still was offered NO REFUND even if I follows THEIR instructions. Honestly the worst and most unprofessional gym I have ever had a member at and I recommend everyone to look for better alternative options because

Don't come to this place.If I could rate this lower I would. I had the same cancellation issues as the guys below. I tried to cancel my membership and remove some late dues that happened as a result of a canceled credit card I forgot about, and the desk informed me to return the following day so the manager could waive those fees. When I returned, not only was the manager nowhere to be found, but I had to pay EXTRA because that was my renewal day. Hence, paying an extra month and the cancellation fees.It's almost like they knew this ahead of time. How slimy!Not only this, but I received an email TWO MONTHS LATER detailing how my account wasn't fully closed because I hadn't FULLY PAID the late fees from the day I cancelled. The desk was somehow so negligent as to make me pay an additional month by waiting a day, and still not charge me the full amount to close the account for good. I've thrown away almost three hundred dollars on a membership that should've been fifty/sixth in total.Again, avoid this place. Go to that gym down the road that's 24/7 with a swimming pool and all.

You guys never turn on the AC like do you guys even realize how hot it is in there. Stop being cheap and turn on the AC. ONLY ISSUE WITH THIS GYM

The facility is nice, but cancellation is a giant pain. They keep billing me after I cancelled. Communication is poor, too. Their manager has been saying he'll call me back for weeks. I have to go back in person to sort out this mess. I was a member for over a year, but moving away made this a giant pain for me.

Nice facility has everything you need. The people here are awesome too. I have spoken with many of the team, and they are so down to earth, friendly, and helpful. Shout out to Jordan especially. For the Long Beach area, this gym has the best staff by far. Will definitely try to come back whenever I need a gym in the area.

Place continues to charge even though have cancelled and have the receipt. Called multiple times and even cancelled in person. Basically give you the run around and say manager isn’t in no matter when you call and continue to charge and keep saying they will take care of it. Absolutely insane never seen anything like this. It’s straight fraud.

2 stars for the weekday morning front desk guy, he's always nice and helpful. 1 fat star for getting rid of the 6am HIIT class that yelled at everyone to quit their workouts, took their equipment, and coned off the whole area.The rest...Whoever decided that ALL of the mats needed removed before replacements arrived should be made to do core on the hard floor every single day and live with the chafe and misery. That decision wasn't thought through and the mats were in better shape than other equipment that isn't addressed (see: rowers) You've prevented lots of people from their planned workouts and post-workout core for an extended period - the antithesis of a gym.The gym is also in rough shape when we go in pretty early most mornings. It's astounding how much is out of place, dirty, with hair and debris on the floor. It's gone downhill in the last few months. A floor cleaning overnight wouldn't hurt.

Poorly managed, poorly maintained, dirty facilities, incredulous cancellation policy, or lack thereof. I would strongly suggest not to waste your time with this facility.

HORRIBLE GYM, not professional at all!! They will continue to charge you even when you cancel. We canceled our memberships in person on April 10th with documented receipts. On April 23rd my account was charged! I made the phone call so they can refund me, the rep proceeded to tell me it was probably a fee or wait for the payment is done pending, it shouldn’t post. Guess what it posted. I call the manager and after I tell him I have documented receipt of the cancellation he tries to tell me I’m still good for May. They are straight trash. I said I wanted a refund and his reply was I’ll probably put it through tomorrow and it’ll take 21 days, you might want to dispute with your bank. Make sure to get a documented receipt of your cancellation or they will string you along.

Did a drop-in while I was in town. The people working at the front desk are super nice. The gym itself is really clean. And this may sound crazy but like all the machines were working! There weren’t a ton of “out of service” signs. 10/10 would recommend this Crunch location.

The gym is always dirty, staff are lazy and the manager Jay is a liar and a thief. If you want to be over charged, lied too and treated like dirt by a bunch of idiots, check this place out. Never been to a Crunch Fitness that was this badParking is also terrible, so that makes it all even worse.

Worst gym ever, I’ve asked them to cancel for over a year now. Had to put a hold on payments through my bank. The original manager told me to cancel over the phone so I did. He never actually canceled. Low and behold I was being charged automatic payments for a year straight. So I call/email showing them proof of cancellation and they told me I need to pay my past due balance and come in!! I travel for work and am no longer in the state, and why the hell would I pay a past due balance if I canceled. (And they keep non stop calling emailing me and texting me about my past due fees even after I told them not to).This place is a mess of an establishment, customer service sucks, and the equipment is sub par. Join a diff gym if you want actually be able to cancel in the future.

- Gym doesn't include the extra parking membership you have to pay to just park at the gym. FALSE ADVERTISING- tried to downgrade my $20 membership to basic $9 & I was told I could only get my membership dues down to $14.99 and was charged a $10 "processing fee"- Very small gym with limited equipment. Not sure what my $49 annual fee is going towards??

First of all front desk guy Gio has been the only person trying to help me.Canceled my membership at this gym Sept 17th of LAST YEAR and was still getting charged. Went in filled out the form and was told it would get done. Was not done. Guy that helped me was Alex, I am told he's since been fired for reasons like this. Gio told me he'd relay my information and the situation to Jay and Jay would contact me by phone or email. Have not received anything at all.I've been calling for the past week trying to get ahold of the manager who I'm told is Jay (Germain) and he is either not in or has a family emergency. Spoke to Jordan yesterday who told me to call today to speak with Daniel whom is supposedly the assistant since he was certain he could resolve this for me. Between 9-7 today, just called and he's not in until 12. Gio told me today he spoke to Jay about my situation last week and Jay said since there's no proof I'd just have to pay the collection. Absolutely unacceptable, and Jay didn't even bother to contact me which Gio was surprised about.Was given the number for Cynthia who is supposed to be with corp. The number I called was for another gym in Chino and they have no idea who Cynthia is. Called LB back and he gave me an email for Cynthia.This is an absolute nightmare. I got what I thought was a scam call about a collections for Crunch. NEVER in my life have I had a collection. So this gym is aware of this mistake and not resolving anything or even there. And now I have a collections. I'm contacting the better business bureau to see if they can do absolutely anything. This is a joke.
