If I could give ZERO stars I would. I've been patronizing this cleaners for almost 20 years, passing many others from Signal Hill to get here. I had a denim Coca Cola jacket dry cleaned and it appears they washed it and used a dirty iron full of starch! Now my jacket looks dingy white and faded red....AND I ONLY WORE IT TWICE. The owner offered to clean it again and I asked what was done the first time. She said it was dry cleaned. I asked why would I allow you to further ruin it, and snatched it from her because she messed it up. Stop RUINING PEOPLE'S CLOTHES!
I should have known when the fresh airy scent left with the previous owner and it's now filled with stuffy, starchy and Lowkey stale smell. Take your nice clothes here at your own risk. I'm actually considering a lawsuit based on principal.

I've been a patron of Crown Cleaners for about half a year now, and I'm consistently impressed by their exceptional service. Not only are they budget-friendly, but their customer service is consistently excellent. Despite my hectic schedule, they've never failed to accommodate my last-minute clothing drop-offs and always ensure my items are ready promptly--often even earlier than promised. Recently, I brought in a heavily stained white coat, and to my delight, they managed to completely remove every mark, returning it to me in pristine condition within the promised timeframe. Crown Cleaners has consistently delivered top-notch results and reliable service, making them my go-to spot for all my cleaning needs.

When you give your son a budget of $200 for a suit but he finds one for $400!!! You just can't take it to any random dry cleaner. I did my research & this one had the best reviews. Now I live in San Pedro & brought my stuff here. I am in the area daily because my son goes to school in the area.Now I can't remember the last time I used a dry cleaner. I did my research there are a lot of dry cleaners with bad reviews. I have major trust issues but this place took away the worries. Such friendly service & affordable prices. I took my items in on Friday & everything was ready Wednesday.I have found my new dry cleaners!

This has to be one of the best cleaners if not the best cleaner in the Long Beach/Lakewood area. If I ever need anything done right away, I always choose to come here because I know they will get it done and they will do it perfectly. The prices are also great!

I used to bring clothes in weekly but with less people going into the office that slowed. They called me this past Sat asking me to pick up my clothes. Long story short when I went to pick up my clothes I had left a suit there since April 29, 2022 so almost a year and a half. They held the suit - best customer service! My mistake but they didn't donate or throw out the suit. And they do a great job cleaning.

I have been coming to Crown Cleaners for quite a few years, as well as my Mom. My Mom was battling cancer and every time I went Blanca would ask how she was doing. Recently my Mom lost her battle and I needed to get her clothes pressed for her services. Blanca was shocked with the news and guaranteed the clothes would be ready by the next day. When I went to pick it up, she just handed me my Mother's clothes and said she took care of it. I cannot say enough things about a local business that takes care of their community in a time of need. Thank you Blanca for your generosity and your kindness to my family. I will continue to support Blanca and her family business.

This place is great! I've bounced around different dry cleaners in Long Beach--I'm happy to say that I've found my new go-to spot after my previous shop closed.The staff here are so friendly. I needed a few suits cleaned on short notice, and they cleaned them faster than expected!Would recommend!

I had to come rave about Crown Cleaners! If you are local and looking for exceptional customer service, I couldn't recommend going here more! I dropped the ball and waited until the week of my anniversary to get my wedding shoes cleaned. This was the third cleaners I popped into to see if it was possible to get them cleaned on such short notice. I didn't catch her name, but after reading other reviews, I think it was Blanca who helped me out. She got them done in less than 24 hours and they're as good as new. I'm very impressed!

If you're reading this review, let me just go ahead and save you a lot of time, and just tell you to go use crown cleaners. If you need more reasons, here you go: amazing customer service; female, owned, business owner, who has an amazing American dream story! She worked at the same exact place for over 19 years, and was given the opportunity a few years ago, to buy it outright and make it her own business. As a result, she knows what it takes to do it right, and provide our community amazing customer service! Yeah, I know I said it twice but I have to emphasize it because all of you know when you go to a dry cleaners it is a rarity to get an actual positive customer experience! Wowee!!! I wish I would have taken a before pic of my wedding dress!! After dragging it all through the streets of Key West on the beach and twigs of seaweed attached to it it was completely black on the bottom as well as my husband's pants of his suit and all I can say is Blanca hit this one out of the park! They are sparkling white and new just like all the other things I dropped off to her. She is very competitively priced provides a good value and unsurpassed friendly service and expert results. Hurray for finding and loving my new dry cleaner in Long Beach.

Walking in the heatwaves of the Press Ironing I was asked if this was the first time ? Yes I responded. I let her know that I was not sure were to go, but Yelped the establishment and read good reviews. I asked what her name was and she said Blanca, I adv that I needed to drop off these Garments . She asked do they need washing? I said no I don't need them washed. I just need them Pressed, since they are brand new . I dropped off : three dresses 2 men's pants and 2 two men dress shirts. She complimented me on my nails thank you, as I got them from the nail shop on Friday. ( yes I yelped) She also complimented me on my eyelashes I'm advise that I just got them permed. Customer Service was great; I was also greeted when I walked in. I'll be back to pick up the garments Friday at 5:30 She put 3 PM on Friday on the receipt ,but I did let her know if she needs me to come a little bit later I can definitely do that and she said yes please 530pm would be great. She asked if I can pick up the garments on Saturday at 1 PM more later- I let her know I can't because that is the day of the wedding actually . I can come at 5:30 on 8/19/22 since they close at six she said that's perfect so my total for the garments are $ 41.50

Blanca was very helpful and the quality of dry cleaning was an awesome experience. She was able to clean off some deep stains on my Dodgers jersey! I was pleasantly surprised. Looks brand new. Great job on the alterations to my new pants as well. A+ experience. Found my new cleaners!
