Loading is quick but their behaviour is very rude. Not helpful. My load is 10 feet tall and I asked for help with the tarp or just give me step ladder but they denied. Never saw such people in my 15 years career.

I ordered a chest freezer from them via Amazon. The sent me an empty envelope with the USPS tracking number for the freezer. Doing this shows that the freezer was delivered even though it was a 1 ounce empty envelope. I have filed a complaint with the USPS postal inspector service as this is felony mail fraud. This scam company must be held to account.

Never received $300 deep freezer but receives a letter with the same tracking number as deep freezer from seller. Tracking says deep freezer was left in my mail box and the USPS stated based on the tracking the item sent weighed 1 OZ. Which was the letter!!!!!! COMPLETE RIP OFF AFTER WAITING OVER A MONTH FOR DELIVERY. Amazon now have to investigate for me to get a refund. But I will be calling my bank!!!

This company is a scam. I purchased a freezer through Amazon. Like many others I am now fighting to get my money back. They give you a bogus USPS (first clue something wasn’t right). They will move the delivery date when you inquire. They sent me an email requesting a contact phone number and delivery address as they needed to set the time of delivery. No phone call/no delivery. I’ve contacted Amazon-no assistance.

SCAM!! Buyers, stay away from these thieves! By reading other reviews, it appears that there are others who purchased the same non-existing chest freezer that I did. Here's how they do it... These lying thieves steal the buyers money by selling them items that don't exist. They issue a tracking number. The buyer tracks what they believe to be their item, and finally gets notice that it's been delivered. Turns out that the only thing that's been delivered is an envelope. Amazon also gets notice that the "package" had been delivered. Now, for the buyer to have any recourse with Amazon, the burden of proof is placed on them to prove that the "item" was not received. I have kept/documented all communications with this company and if need be, intend to use it as evidence to my claims. My last communication with Crescent Warehouse was that they would attempt to contact the Carrier and hold them responsible for the "lost" item. Perhaps they've lied so much that they'd forgotten to have already told me that the freezer had already gone back to them damaged. In further communications with them, they stated more than once that they were "in the process" of issuing my refund, even as we spoke. Weeks continue to go by, and no refund. As of now, I've also only gotten empty promises from Amazon. I suppose I shouldn't expect for a company having zero integrity to do the right thing by giving me MY money back, but I'm really disappointed that AMAZON has yet to make it right. Amazon claims to protect their members from purchases and from scams such as these. As of today, this company remains as a merchant and my refund remains to be seen. I won't quit until I get the entire refund owed to me. Justice needs to be served. Perhaps, a class action suit against Crescent Warehouse is in order to recover whats been stolen from many innocent victims

These people are an absolute scam, I ordered a guitar and amp from them 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. usps is saying they won't accept it at the carrier facility because there's something wrong going on with it. They also told me that the package weighs one once. There was never a guitar, even the BBB warns agaisnt these people they sell on amazon, beware when you see their name.

Tried to order a guitar from this company through Amazon. After over a week of them never giving USPS the package and telling me they had shipped it I asked for a refund and they refused to give it until they "intercepted" the package. Had to call Amazon customer service to get my money back. On top of that they tried to delete my seller feedback on Amazon because it wasn't their fault. Be warned, Crescent Warehouse will steal your money and deny it.

Don't order from them! Save you time, peace, and money. I ordered an item for my daughter's birthday. Didn't receive the item until a month after expected for a non-popular item that was said to be on back order. Conveniently posted as in stock through Amazon! They took my money. Sent the item out late, then sent the WRONG ITEM. I fought for a refund and was promised the correct item which I never received. They suggested I be patient for the back order and then stopped communicating when the time limit to report to Amazon has expired. They are strategic in their scam! They left me with the wrong item and no refund. I ended up just getting ripped off with no vaseline. Thanks a lot CrescentWarehouse! True story. Contact me if needed!
