Was introduced to this place by a friend and it appears to have some good values on clothing. They do have a small men's section as it seems to cater more to women. I was just browsing but not needing nor looking for anything in particular but didn't find a big selection of men's items.

Horrible customer service! I went in on Sunday and they were having a sale on jeans. I pick out a few and stand by the fitting room to try them on. The cashier very rudely asks me if I needed something. I thought it was pretty obvious since I’m holding 3-4 jeans and waiting by the fitting room. But clearly not… so I say I wanted to try on the jeans I was holding. To which she very loudly replies that the fitting rooms are closed.Why have a sale on jeans if you’re not going to let anyone try them on? Don’t know what this store’s manager was thinking.

This Cotton On has THE BEST SALES! I always find cute tank tops for $3-$7, some of them are sporty, and some are pretty and feminine. Along with shorts and jeans being priced as low as $5.They had a great selection of Christmas sweaters going for $10 in December. I can go on about the deals, but it's important to note that the clothes are of good quality and fashionable too. I've had some items for 2+years and they're still in perfect condition.Staff has always been pleasant, and sometimes they have extra coupons or deals at checkout.

Walked in....Kid: "we close in 5 min"Me: thanks (just wanted a hoodie anyways)Me looking at the hoodie....Kid #2: "we are closed"Me: no worries I found my hoodieKid#2: but we are closedYou guys.... Lock the door then and finish us inside that's how it goes !!I wanted my hoodie so had to return another day. Walk in and there are three kids around counter talking trash and cussing....I bring hoodie up. No one acknowledges. Me: hiiiiiiiiiii (very high pitched to mask the annoyance)....(kids don't look up). Me: "hi I am ready" (look at me like I'm bothering them)... WHAT IS THIS PLACE?!

My teens love shipping here when we come down to visit. The clothes are nice quality and usually reasonably priced. The employees we have encountered on our visits and pleasant. They don't go out of their way to see if you need help but have always helped when we had a question. Always forget that the charge for bags, which isn't a big deal since I usually have them in the car or just by a canvas tote since they money gets donated.

This location as well as the Lakewood location are the best ones to shop for deals. They offer quality clothing at an affordable price. I get all my essentials from undergarments, shirts, shorts, jeans, dresses, and socks. I’ve paid as low as $1 for items and no more than $10 for items. I’ll always be a frugal fashionista. Also for the curvy midsize gals yes you can finds items in here as well. Not I’m not talking about right clothing that barely fits; I mean beautiful pieces that compliment your shape.

This was a perfect location, and perfect employees as well! I was so bummed they barely had my size here!! I am a size small and barely any was around. It was still a great experience though! They had great sales going on, and the trendy outfits. I forgot who their names was but there was a guy with a bucket hat and a girl with a green crop top at the registers. Both were so welcoming and nice! This was 6/28/22 10/10 Would shop here again!
