Collision Works is amazing. My Silverado looks as good as it was when it was new. It came back much cleaner than when I dropped it off they delivered my car on time and communicated well. Jonathan and James are amazing...
Follow up... another one of my cars had to come in for work. now they had to fix my Volvo due to someone hitting my bumper. And just like with my silverado, they fixed my car perfectly and on time.

Did a great job on the original repair. Had an issue with a sensor coming loose, they fixed it the next day and even cleaned the car. Nice when people stand behind their work.

ONCE YOU DROP YOUR CAR OFF HERE IT WILL BE TRASH WHEN YOU PICK UP ! They will tear your car apart for $375 and charge you $200 a day as your car sits . Do not let this company contact your insurance they will do their best to take as much money as they can, and completely leave you out of the loop. My insurance estimated a $3,000 fix and whatever these people sent in trying to rack up the price basically totaled my car. Didn’t even update me on estimates or anything the whole week . I’m not saying my car was perfect but the mechanics of it were fine , just the body needed to be fixed and they were tearing up the whole front half of my car and now is UNDRIVABLE . Went here because of good reviews but staff were rude and had no apathy for absolutely destroying my car. I’m worse off now than I was before . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ! They just want your money! This place was an absolute NIGHTMARE !!!

Everyone at collision Works is highly professional and friendly. Their work is impeccable. Their communication via text updates continues throughout the process. They quoted me a date and met the timeframe. My car looked amazing with every little detail attended to. I highly recommend these guys. By the way, my husband took his Tesla there the year before I needed to have worked done online. We were both highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone we knew.

This body shop did excellent and swift work on my new Tesla. The car was keyed and now I can't even see the damage. They also installed seat covers and a screen protector; washed the car and charged my battery as well.

Excellent customer service overall. The entire crew was professional and personable at the same time. Estimated time and cost to fix our Tesla 3 finished ahead of schedule and below budget!Finished repair was undetectable and left our 3 looking like new. They even did a thorough detail scrub on the interior-pleasant surprise.Highly recommend them for your body fixes.

big scratch on my Mercedes EV was fixed, and it looks great! the estimate of $2,000 turned into $5,000. They kept the window open while it was in for a few weeks and when I picked up my car it smelled like paint inside. Also when I picked up the vehicle it had some hard to remove rust colored spots on the sunroof.

I have a 74,000 mileage 2008 Mercedes which was hit in the back drivers side. The damage looked minimal. We took to Collision Works for an estimate of repair. After 2 weeks, we were told Collision Works Totaled the car. With damage almost invisible, we looked at the estimate paperwork & just had to gag over the inclusion of work to the done one the headliner & work to be done on the skyligh. A new right side panel was needed because it had a small dent without any paint damage. We took an insurance settlement to take back our car. We had driven the car in, but now were told we must have a TOW TRUCK to remove the car. If that's not enough, we were being billed $250.00 for an unauthorized removal of the bumper. After hours on the phone the insurance agreed to pay the $250.00 to Collision Works, our bumper was put back with a temporary fix, so the car could be driven home. A friend fixed the dent in the rear panel in fifteen minutes---surprise, no new panel needed. We now are looking for an honest garage to make sure our car in safe. Collision Works --- criminal?
