“I never in a million years thought I would review a bank branch but my experience with Vanessa today warrants it. I've been with Bank of America for 20 years and was 100% ready to close my account today out of frustration. I had what was seemingly a very simple issue that I couldn't handle on the mobile app, online, or over the phone. They told me I had to come into a branch. I've been to 2 other branches and not even a manager could help me figure this out. Today's appointment was my last attempt and I was certain nobody would be able to help me here. I was ready to be done with BofA. Not only did Vanessa figure out how to help me, she showed me how I could do it on my mobile app which I was told I couldn't do and couldn't figure out how to do (& I'm good with tech!). Not even management at other branches could figure it out and even told me to give them a few days and ignored me! Vanessas kind and knowledgeable help today restored my faith in BofA. She also truly cared about my situation and what I was going through. She's a gem! I appreciate her beyond words! Thank you!!”

“This was my first visit to this Vons location in Long Beach.It's pretty much in the only major supermarket in the downtown area of Long Beach. Parking is on the roof if you have a car but it also looked like a lot of people were walking in from the street so this is a great place to get groceries and lots of your daily use items. The store is decently sized and you're able to find a lot of things as a one stop shop.Make sure to sign up for loyalty club card so you can get discounts on items when they are on promotion. The supermarket itself is fairly big and there's a good variety of items throughout. Nothing out of the ordinary to report. Great market to come to so if you're ever in Downtown Long Beach this is where to go.”

“I know consumers are cranky and not on their best behavior in the last few days before Christmas, but I will say I appreciate everyone working at this Target for being here for my procrastinating self! But most especially Mackenzie and Xzavier at the Starbucks inside. They were sweet and kind in spite of it all and appreciate their exceptional service. “I started banking at this location back when I was 17 when I first started working. It was a first federal at the time & a place where my dad banked. Since then this location became a one west and just recently has become first citizens. I have no issues with customer service. In fact the staff has been most helpful any time I have to go into the bank. I usually try to do as much online banking as possible, but I usually have to stop in to withdraw money to make change for work & they're always so accommodating so I really appreciate that. The only inconvenience is they take a lunch break during the day at the same time from 1145am-115pm leaving the bank closed and not being open on Saturday at all. I'm not sure if it's like that at all locations or just this one. I don't feel like they are fully staffed because I usually see the same 3 woman working if I ever go in. All in all it's not a bad place to bank, just have a little patience, they're doing their best.”

“I've been coming here since I was in high school. This location has served the community for a while now. Many upgrades have been done from the interior perspective. From new carpet to new desks. There is much more roomier than before. This place can get quite busy, so be prepared to wait a few. If you're in need of savings accounts, business accounts (ask for Nary for business accounts), checking accounts, or a student account. This place is great. Easy to sign up, make sure you have two forms of identification to provide. The staff here will get you in and out. It's really fast and convenient, best to call or come by to make an appointment for faster service but varies. I'm banked with Bank of America for a long while. I can say it's really convenient for me cause of the user-friendly apps. I used it to pay bills and money transfer on a daily basis. Easy as 1-2-3, the job will get done. Customer service via phone service is excellent, especially the fraud department. I have encountered a few incidents, and man, it was a peace of mind. The good thing about this place is that there are several locations to park your vehicle, from street parking to front parking and even the back of building parking. Just be aware of the parking attendance, she is like the parking security! This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. “I am VERY grateful for Maria at this location I have had the RUN AROUND for my Savings Bonds to get deposited and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. My appointment I booked on the app was only for 30minutes but she allowed me to stay as long as the process took and gave me GREAT DETAIL on my next steps after leaving 45 mins later. Out of ALL US BANK company's I went to this was the ONLY ONE that didn't just send me away with no answers to why they couldn't help me to deposit my Bonds. “Folks who have reported that the ATM doesn't exist, I managed to submit an edit and update the marker on the map so that it points to the right place which is opposite to Payless store.Besides, the ATM was working fine up until mid 2019. It used to go out of service often and now in 2021 everything seems to be working as expected .”
