This location has been my preferred shoe shining service since 2013.
Regrettably, I encountered an issue with my recent visit. I dropped off a pair of shoes and boots on Saturday, expecting to pick them up on Monday at 11:00 AM. Upon my arrival, we found the staff watching television, with many boots, including mine, left unfinished.
I have always supported businesses that have a positive stance towards law enforcement, and I have never minded the long drive to your location. However, the failure to have my items ready on time is unacceptable. Moreover, I received no communication or notification regarding the delay.
As a result, I am now attending an inspection with unpolished boots due to time constraints. This experience has been deeply disappointing.
I appreciate the staff apologizing and informing me that they are behind when I called this morning, a heads up would have been appreciated.

Are you getting broken off cause your boots suck? Are the crayons you usually eat not the right color for a shine? Then come here because their work is great. They do old fashioned spit shine, none of that painting or leather luster business, at a great price with great service.

Code 7 is unquestionably awesome! Last Saturday I took 3 pairs of work shoes to them and asked if they offer same day service. Code 7 offers same day service for a very reasonable price. They said they would be done by 430 pm and they delivered. When I say they delivered I mean they really delivered. Their show shine service is one of the best. In addition, their communication and professionalism was stellar. I am very happy with Code 7 and will be a returned customer. Thank you Code 7!

My son & I dropped off a pair of boots for same day service. I've been coming here for years and am always extremely satisfied with the work they do for me. The guys are pros and I always pass inspection. They are conveniently located off the 405 freeway. If you decide to wait there are some eateries next door. They have tons of parking in the back. Get it done right the first time. Bring your boots here.

I was turned onto this spot by coworkers. It's very small and almost hidden. If you didn't know it was there you'd drive past it and never know what you're missing. They do a good job but can't work miracles. So try to take your boots in before you mess them up.

It's been a great 20 years, Code 7. I'm sad to be moving on. I went to the Police Academy in Orange County, but have worked for an agency in Riverside County. I would drive my boots and gear out to Long Beach, drop off, and wait around Long Beach or Orange County for most of the day before picking up my gear and getting back on the freeway. I've recommended Code 7 to countless cops over the last 2 decades. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. Since my Tex Shoemaker leather gear was new, no one but Code 7 has maintained and shined my gear. Tex closed their doors for good in 2017 and now my shoe shine place is gone since they can no longer do same day service. Unfortunately for me, I drove 70 miles to find that out. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back on the freeway. I have ANOTHER 70 miles to get back home empty handed.

The employees here are always super friendly and do an amazing job at shining your stuff! Always fast and very efficient work and service. Will continue to take my husbands boots and duty belts here!

I dropped off 2 pair of boots today to get them shine, I've been coming here for a long time cuz' they provide a great service, what I didn't like this time, it was the tall white guy was standing in front of me like walking in circles waiting for me to tip, I always tipped, but only one pair of my boots where shine properly this time, the second had missing spots and they were not shine at all.
