Rooms have broken furniture; beds; floors; roaches; and what the bathroom or the rest of the room seem to ever get a thorough cleaning / disinfection.Nearby activities: Close to downtown Long Beach and Marina Pacifica.Safety: Watch yourself, lots of homeless and people lurking in the shadows.

Its every bit a 2 star motel, the reason I give it 5 stars is because it doesn't pretend to be anything but a 2 star motel, so I give it 5 stars at being a 2 star
