I called 15 minutes before and asked if they had availability and they said they would. Parking was a little tricky since the parking lot was packed (weekday around 2 PM), but found some street parking not too far. This location is not where it's happening on second street, but just at the beginning of it. You sign in at the front and I like that it tells you the number of points/stars you would get for signing in. Gamify anything and people want to keep coming back. I saw that they had refreshments but no one offered anything to me, so maybe it's only for special occasions? I was seated right away but waited about 15 minutes before someone got started, which is fair since I was basically a walk-in. The nail tech that came over was polite enough but didn't speak much English. I paid extra for a 10 minute massage, but honestly not sure if it was worth it or would be more bold and ask for more pressure haha. Someone else took over towards the end. I'm not sure why, but would have been nice to know, since my nail tech got started on someone else. The massage chairs are nice but could have had stronger pressure too. (Sounds like I need a deep tissue massage lol). Pricing is okay and reasonable for the area. I like that you can pay via Zelle or Venmo, as it's definitely more convenient. Back home (Bay Area), I pay about 15 dollars less and the massage is way better and longer. TLDR: nails look good (got gel pedicure), service is meh. Prices are reasonable for the area.

Love love love this place! Vivian always helps me and she's a nail queen! She does every design perfectly no matter how difficult it is. Usually other salons are careless with my nails and skin they cut me all the time but this place is top quality, not even a scratch. COME HERE IF YOU WANT THE INSTAGRAM WORTHY NAILSSS!!! They will get you right hereee sweetest ladies

Thank you Vivian! We loved our nails! She did them exactly how we wanted them. The service was great, everyone was so nice and caring. They took time to make sure everything was even and perfect. I would highly recommend to all people. they even gave us snacks.

Walked in this morning and the ladies were very helpful and able to take me right away. TT was the main one who worked on me and she is very sweet, offers good suggestions, and did a great job. This will be my new go to nail spot!

I’ve gotten two pedicures here and both came out poorly. The first one, a younger girl did it and did not talk with me at all about what I wanted. I expressed to file only not trim because I am prone to in growns from people trimming Too short. So she didn’t file at all. And then my gel polish wasn’t applied well there was a chunk missing and I had to ask her to reapply one toe. No eye contact and was made to feel I was being difficult for wanted the job done better.
The second time I had great customer service but again my toes did not come out well. I get gel polish so everything should be completely cured before walking out the door. I put back on my socks and shoes and when I got home and took them off a whole layer of black fuzz was stuck to one foot toenails. It was not glossy finish and clearly not set properly. The other foot was cured more correctly. I don’t think it should be this challenging to walk out with proper pedicure.

This is by far the best nail salon in Long Beach and all of southern ca! The staff is absolutely incredible and kind. Vicky does wonderful job shaping my nails to perfection. They even did my wedding nails back in September! I cannot recommend vicky and this salon enough!

This was my first time at this salon and everyone was very kind and welcoming. They offered me a beverage and a seat at the nail bar and told me the wait would be 10 minutes and it was. I appreciate honest time estimates. Kaylin was my technician and she did a great job with my fill and nail art. She was gentle and very professional. I will be going back! Thank you all.

best place ever, ever time i go in i ask for a different design and they always do such a good job. i dont even live here anymore but every time i come back to visit i make sure to get my nails done here. best ever i cant express that enough.

Been a customer for over 5 years. Not happy with last 2 experiences. The new girl doesn’t listen to simple requests to cut toe nails shorter or round my finger nails. The paint job is mediocre and my big toe nail is CROOKED.
