Was referred to go here for auto repair from Audi Long Beach and they did an incredible job!
I was rear ended and needed the entire bumper repaired. Class Auto did an amazing job! The car looks brand new and the communication the entire process was outstanding. Kent is so helpful and really made the entire process less of a headache considering it’s never fun to be in a fender bender and deal with insurance.

I needed a quote for repairing my Tesla. I called them and they asked me to stop by anytime. No appointment needed. I met with Alberto, who was very professional and friendly. He looked at the damage, took pictures, and emailed me the quote the very next day. This place deserves 5 stars, and I’ll definitely take my car here for repairs. Also, big thanks to Alberto for getting me the quote rather quickly.

Class Auto was first class, from beginning to end. Top notch service, very honest and thorough about was what taking place as my car was damaged pretty bad. Kent was pleasant, honest and somebody that cared for my car as I do. He would update me every few days without me reaching out to them. Class Auto would be my choice every time.

I had two separate experiences with Class Auto Center within a year period for auto body repairs for my VW convertible; I guess you could say I need to pay better attention to my backing skills – Ha!
Both times, Class Auto provided me with customer service that exceeded my expectations. Raquel and Author took care of me both times. From start to finish, these two awesome people communicated the plan, next steps - with time frame, and then provided me with a excellent final product. My red VW convertible beetle came out perfect both times! I am so appreciative for the human kindness, professionalism, care and concern these two individuals showed me. Thank you, Raquel and Author. Please know you make a positive impact on others.

I have had great work done here before, so it was the obvious choice when my Wife's Mercedes got damaged. Yes I can tell you they did immaculate work, but well beyond that, the insurance companies were a nightmare, and delayed everything, and wanted to put in used parts, well Arthur fought for weeks with them, and put up with me and my wife calling him day after day, and never lost his professionalism. The question is not would I use them again, the question is would I ever use anyone else... (oh the answer is no).

I have a pristine 1999 Mercedes Cl600 in pristine condition that had a damaged front bumper and some aberrations on the hood. I had been turned down by several other Mercedes body shops because of the cars age.I called asked to talk to some one and got ARTHUR (a remarkable young manwith the strongest desire to help customers) who said to bring the car in for an estimate. Not the normal approach. He accessed the damage the damageand we scheduled a drop of the entire body shop that worked on the car.f day and time. A couple weeks later I picked up the silver beauty. Unbelievable workmanship. Brilliant Silver is not an easy color to blend but they did it and they did it right. I couldn't be happier with the job done by Arthur and all the guys that worked on the car. The car came back clean with no overspray and to my complete satisfaction which is not easy to achieve because I am anal about by cars. A great experience and a pleasure to deal with. As good as it gets.Arthur keeps you informed and inspects the job thoroughly long before you ever see it. They are on top of there game at Class Auto Center.Gary S. 10/13/23

I had a great experience with the team at Class Auto Center. Mario E., in particular, was extremely helpful as I needed to have my BMW fixed following damage that happened from a construction site collision with my car. He was extremely attentive and responsive, communicative about quotes, estimated times, and what it would entail--I even got my car back ahead of schedule. He was thorough and went above and beyond to return my car in its great prior condition. I'd absolutely recommend Class Auto Center to others.

I incidentally hit a storage rack in my garage while parking my scratch-less car. It left a big white mark on a fender. I took my car to Class Auto Center and they "magically" removed that mark completely so that my car is scratch-less, again, as it was before the incident.I have been Class Auto Center customer for about three decades, now, and have never been disappointed with their superb work and friendly service.If you have a car in pristine condition that got damaged in an accident then Class Auto Center is definitely the place to go to.

Worst experience ever. Such a waste of time. Poor communication. And each time I get the car back, I noticed something wrong that requires being sent back. They're not certified in any manufacturer. Turns out they just send it to the dealer to get the work done and they just do the body work. No need to come here. Just find a body shop that's better than them local to you.

Took my 1971 Mercedes Benz 280 SL to class auto in Long beach to be repaired. It took a while but it was worth it,they did a beautiful job and kept all the original parts came out perfect.
