Very disappointed.....not sure what kind of training the staff get but the staff at the rhea st location are very rude and talked down to me. I think a sensitivity training/class should be required.
I have had all 4 of my children in this program over the past 10yrs. 2 are aged out. I have never been disrespected as i was today
