My experience with this branch was good so far. The staff was friendly, they easily set up my corporate account for a fresh company (without any business history). Hope they remain as friendly and helpful as they were.

Like many others here I wish I could put 0 or negative stars. We dealt with a teller whose name might have been Ann or Marie or some variation of it, she was incredibly unprofessional, I can with great confidence say she has the attitude and personality of a door knob. She couldn't tell the difference between our checking and savings account when we asked her politely deposit a check into our savings account. The information they give you varies from teller to teller. Took no ownership of her craft and didn't know any info, she was constantly asking the teller besides her for info. If you're going to be rude at least know your info, it's not a good look when you're stupid and rude. Avoid this bank at all costs, please do yourselves a favor and go next door to Chase, there you will be treated with respect.

The service is generally bad, my previous review was removed because the staffs and community team failed to address the issue and resolve my problem, and took it too personally on the review I've provided. This Chinese women Li Sanders was incredibly unprofessional and unorganized, she was disturbing the peace at Citibank talking too loud on the phone with her clients. She was not able to probably communicate with us in English, the four checkbooks we've ordered that have costed us $50.00 USD was delivered to us five days late and our street was misspelled. It's Pepperwood not Peooerwood. There was no action on this employee or the staffs at Citibank to make ammence or any sort of financial compensation for our lost. Overall, I would give the service a zero, the service team was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Thank you for taking your time to read this!

It's too bad, you can't put zero stars. This branch doesn't seem properly staffed. The employees are unfriendly an have no idea what customer service is. If your looking for a quick transaction, with no interaction go to an ATM. I'm so disappointed, but not surprised.

Located in the same shopping center as Target in the city of Long Beach, this Citibank is a fast and easy location. There is only one atm which can be bothersome for people on the go, but you can do what I do and just wait your turn in the convenience of your own car. Also, it is a small bank, nothing too fancy about this place. It is a much better location than other Citibanks which are usually in a mall or clumped with other stores. So if you are a Citibank customer and want to have the ease of going to the bank, go to this specific location for an easy in and easy out.

Worst FU*KING service I have ever seen in a big name bank. Saturday service was horrible, line almost to the door and only two tellers open. People are loudly complaining, and staff does not care. So sad. This isn't a Citi-bank, this is a Shiti-bank.

I have been a citibank member for the last ten years and it has been a fine experience until today. Vanessa Gomez was extremely rude, unhelpful and also insulted my intelligence. I will be transferring my account to another bank due to her terrible customer service along with the lack of supervisor help. Even after feeling very unwelcome, I still left with a positive attitude and said thank you yet she gave me no response. I am highly unsatisfied and do not trust those who are employed at this bank with my money.

The staff is awesome, always friendly, fast service and willing to help. They were able to save money with their 0% offer and and I also earned $100 gift card. I met with mortgage loan person and she gave me advice, based what she said I can pre qualify to buy, and I had no idea. She is very knowledgeable, makes things easy to understand. They look out for your best interest.

I want to commend Vanessa Gomez, a teller at the Bellflower Blvd branch in Lakewood/Long Beach, for exemplary customer service. I came in asking for $50 in new bills for a money lei my wife is making as a grad gift. They didn't have new one dollar bills to give me, so Vanessa HANDPICKED the best bills she could find for me. Awesome job, Vanessa! I hope your bosses see this and recognize you for such great customer service. Thanks again!

It's not often that I get a warm fuzzy feeling when going to a bank, but banks have changed... Some of the local managers must have. This Citi bank has friendly tellers which is a plus. I had some intricate financial trivia and happened to be greeted by Francisco. Great customer service, listened to my needs and on my next visit, remembered that one of our Beasts had been ill and wanted to know, "what's up" whit the hound.
