Porsche of Long Beach will do anything to sell you a car. After your purchase, good luck getting any return calls from anyone. Worst customer service ever! Feels like everyone doesn't want to work or help you out. I would recommend going to a different Porsche dealership. Will never buy anything from this dealership again.

August 2024. Had an amazing experience with this dealership!! They were very welcoming, down to earth and all around have amazing customer service. Everyone was so professional, honest , upfront and helpful it truly contrast with other dealerships. It’s a high class experience that welcomes everyone, from the Porsche water bottles and snacks to how we were attend and spoken to by everyone, it’s the details that matter.
They were responsive via phone, it was easy to set up appointments, & we were in and out with the perfect car in under an hour! Granted we knew what we wanted and they had it! Shout out to Josh, Marius, Harpreet & the staff who helped sealed the deal. Josh really took care of us from the moment we walked in, during the test drive, & patiently answered all our questions without us ever feeling rushed.
And the best part …. NO BAIT AND SWITCH! It’s Porsche they don’t have time the tomfoolery. Whether you want something brand new or something previously owned , the quality of cars is excellent like the service.
We like honest people and this is a great example of a dealership doing things well. Would recommend 10/10.

Superb service with a warm personal touch! We had a great experience at LB Porsche. Brad provided white glove service from start to finish. We hadn’t planned to buy that day, but they offered a great trade-in value and had exactly the preowned vehicle we were looking for. Brad made sure everything went smoothly; the entire transaction was fun and stress-free. The pre-owned vehicle we chose later passed our own mechanic’s comprehensive inspection with flying colors. The car was just as LB Porsche advertised: perfect! Brad provided great follow up and we are very happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend!

Not my dealership home, but they had the perfect spec macan gts I wanted, so I had to go swoop it up. Brad, who helped me out and sold me the car, did an excellent job as porsche always does. No matter what porsche dealership or porsche event, they always make me feel part of the family

There’s a reason Porsche is the luxury brand that it is! I went in today to look at a Porsche Macan. Brad helped me with the process. Not only he showed me the car I initially went in to see, but he patiently helped me with few alternative options and let me test drive them all. None of the typical sales pressure you usually feel at dealerships. Brad was patient, pleasant, and extremely helpful. We managed to workout a deal on the beautiful 2024 Macan S. If you’re looking to purchase a Porsche, definitely check out this dealership and ask for Brad. You’ll experience a car buying experience superior to anything you’ve experienced before!

Great experience at Porsche Long Beach purchasing my 1st Porsche. Calvin was upfront, efficient and helpful answering all my questions. He is also a terrific go-to support for all the little questions that popped up after I’d driven the car for a few days.

Sully at Porsche Long Beach was extremely helpful in helping us look at their inventory and answer any questions. We really appreciated how he didn’t have that pushy salesman vibe. Unfortunately, the location didn’t have the car we were looking for so we had to go to another location but we really valued how helpful Sully was with learning about the Taycan and all the features they had.

Very disappointed with the rude and careless service department at Circle Porsche. I would definitely recommend taking your car to a different Porsche dealership for servicing which is what I will do going forward. Bought a new Macan here in 2021 - car has only 10k miles on it as it’s been very lightly driven. My rear brakes and rotors are very worn and need replacing at only 10k original miles. Porsche breaks should easily go 20-30k+ miles on originals and even longer for the rotors! Heard from 2 other dealerships that it’s pretty much unheard of to see this kind of wear on these “high performance Porsche breaks/parts” and to need replacing at this mileage unless you are racing the car or from extreme use. Obviously that isn’t the case for me as I’m a pregnant mom of 2 young kids and drive it minimally. Brought it here after getting 3 separate opinions on the matter since this was the dealership I purchased from, I thought they would take responsibility and investigate the issue thoroughly but they did the exact opposite of that. Derek Girling, the service manager was very dismissive and condescending to me on the phone and basically spent the entire conversation insinuating I was lying about getting a second opinion from another dealership, which I found really weird and of course offensive! The general manager here should also be aware that I called into the service department several months ago inquiring about purchasing their service/maintenance package and never received a call back from the service department manager. That was a lost potential sale as well as the business I will be taking elsewhere in the future. Don’t think that if you purchase a vehicle here they will take care of you down the line because they won’t.
