This is to the branch manager: you could do a better job at making sure the atm's are properly working for your customers!! There is constantly just one working atm after hours and that happens to be the drive thru with a gang of cars lined up because of that

Horrible customer service ever!! From the teller to the manager (black lady). Not helpful- not once did they even bother looking at my check and the issue I was explaining to them. Bluntly told me I can't deposit it and if I did my account would be placed on "restrictions." If you need help with your account/issues I suggest to go to a different branch!

Went yesterday. Actually very good customer service. They didn't have a bank teller available at time I went but overall my questions were answered.

Very bad and poor costumer service, I transferred most of my money to another bank for better service. Plus they made me to wait an extra time!

This is the second questionable interaction I have at this location. I don't go into the bank a lot to talk to a teller but the times I have at this particular location leave me questioning who hires the people who work there. I went in last week on Wednesday, the 19th, around 10am to ask about a couple of questions about overdraft fees and I was greeted so blandly from a far when I walked through the door and was never approached by the young lady that was standing around on her phone in the lobby. When I approached her she seemed like she was bothered that I had the audacity to walk up to her and interrupt her. Nonetheless, I asked her if she could answer some questions about how long we have to avoid fees and before I could finish she said they'd help me at the window or to call customer service. There was two young ladies at the window with customers so I waited as she went back to being on her phone. Anyways I waited and as soon as I thought I was finally next the heavy set girl at the window just closes her window and walks to the back and I see her walk back with her phone in hand and then decides to open the window back up, like she couldn't have waited to get her phone? At this point I'm bothered because I have two people who are showing me how little I mean so I choose not to go with her when she opens her window in fear that I would get the same bleh response. I was in a hurry at this point and seeing that the other girl was still with her customer I walked up told her what's going on and she directed me to the customer service number before I could even finish my sentence. Its like they hear "fees" and are automatically programmed to say "call the customer service number" so as I am walking away I see the customer next to me leave so I just move to the other window and I was finally greeted with a SMILE! She listened to me rant about my situation and asked if it was ok if she could take a look into my account to see what she could do. Even though she was unable to help me in branch she gave me a step by step on how to call and request to speak to someone. Even offered to sit me down in an office in case I needed help. I don't recall her name I believe it was Lin? I was a little bothered that she was taking forever with her previous customer but I could see why! She is the reason why I would return and if she can get a promotion she definitely should because her willingness to help is amazing. I went in feeling relived to be in a bank to quickly feeling like they could care less about my situation and then left feeling thought and cared for. Emotional roller coaster! The pleasant interaction took my anger away from the fact that the fee policy sucks. Plus she went above and beyond and even handed me her managers card and assured me that if she couldn't help me in the future her boss would be more than happy to answer any questions if available. She made me feel like I mattered. So this review is to thank Lin for turning my frown upside down!

THE DUMBEST chase bank you can go to. Had a bank account I needed to reopen as a new one and it's been 3 weeks that I can't get it opened. Literally having someone call me off a private line that can't be reached. Multiple other things. Only come to withdraw and deposit. Anything else might be too hard for half of them. I literally go out of myWay to go elsewhere but the convenience of them being down the block makes me regret it every time.

If you can go to another Chase location do it. The Chase employees here are a joke so unorganized and rude at that.

The teller, I believe Charlotte, was very sweet, professional, and quick. My total time inside the bank was less than three minutes which was shocking considering it was a weekday afternoon. I'll definitely return.

The teller that greeted and assisted me with my cashier check was nice, but she misspelled the name of my apartment building so it had to be voided and reprinted.Plus they ran out of ink and had to install it. What should have been an quick process took 5+ minutes. She also rushed me out.I only came here because I was already in the area, so more than likely will not return.
