After a little less than 3 weeks at Live in Fitness I'm down **** pounds of fat and have gained 5 pounds of lean mass. My body fat is down 7.7%. I feel 10 years younger, have a ton of energy and my mind is sharp again. This program is a lot of hard work but worth it all. There are no short cuts but with Live In Fitness I found the platform, structure and tools I needed to make the change. The food here is amazing. Chef ***** is a culinary master. I was shocked at how much they fed us and how much I enjoyed eating the right foods and the proper balanced diet. The lectures and information I received on nutrition and food from ****, ***** and the entire team at LIF are invaluable. One of my favorite things about this program is the morning hikes. 6 days a week we had the opportunity to hike different trails in the ******* desert and mountains. I took advantage of every chance to hike and this helped me tremendously with my fitness goals. This part of the country is beautiful and exploring the numerous parks while the sun rises every morning was a treat for me. The best thing about Live in Fitness is without a doubt, The People. My peers in this program were welcoming and everyone worked hard to help motivate each other. The trainers are inspiring. Every trainer here helped me push past barriers and helped with the right type of motivation I needed at the right time. ****, thank you for the best playlists on the planet. And for the inspiring speeches on loving ourselves. ***, thank you for kicking my **** when I needed it. Thank you for your never-ending positivity and energy. *****, thank you for pushing me past limits and for always being open with your knowledge. ********, you are a master-of-training in the gym and thank you for the heart-to-hearts on improving life for the better. Commit to a better life and you wont regret it!

In my first 2 weeks here, I've lost *****lbs of body fat and gained ****lbs of muscle. More importantly, I've gone from not even being able to walk a quarter mile to being able to walk over 4 miles without any problems. Again, this is with only 2 weeks of training.Regarding the measured results, they give us 2 tests (*** and VO2 **** on arriving and a weekly hydrostatic body composition test (aka "dunk" test). The *** test tells you how many calories you need to consume to maintain your current weight, the VO2 *** test tells you what your heart rate range should be to burn the most calories, and the weekly dunk tests show you your actual fat loss rather than a nebulous weight loss. More importantly, all of these tests give you the values for YOU, not some theoretical person with your height and weight.The trainers are amazing. *** is the most positive person I know and always gets us excited, **** is an inspiration with her dedication to living a healthy lifestyle, and ******** is always able to pick us up when we're about to give up by sharing her own experiences and showing us that we can do it to.As ***** and **** always say, this is not a resort. We come here to do work, and the biggest piece of advice I can give anyone considering coming here is to make sure you're ready to push as hard as you can. You will get out so much more than you put in.Also, huge shoutout to Chef *****. He is an absolute magician in the kitchen. If I told myself a month ago that I'd have a fruit parfait for breakfast, pizza for lunch and steak for dinner, I'd probably think I was binge eating again. And yet, somehow, Chef ***** manages to make it all healthy and fit within our macros.

The thing about this place is that the staff truly care. I can't count how many times the coaches have described their roles as their "dream jobs", not to mention the amount of passion you can see in **** and ***** every time they speak. This program is a reset or an enhancement for your fitness journey, but it is important to know that you get what you put into it. So long as your a team player, and truly want a change in your life this is the place for you. I am not sure where those few negative reviews stayed but it for sure is not the same place I did. Thank you live in Fitness!

This is the second time returning to live in fitness. I was here last year for five weeks and had amazing results. Truly life changing. I needed to make a change and found this program and researched it and when i saw the bold letters saying "THIS IS NOT A SPA" I knew this was the one i needed to go to. I get to the program and the houses they have you staying at are beautiful. The trainers are fantastic, and the food is amazing. But your not going for any of that. I just finished my second time here, ive been here 2 weeks and i lost 31 lbs! If you follow the program, eat the food they tell you, do the workouts they tell you, really make the effort, it is impossible to leave this place without feeling successful! There is no tomorrow, its the best investment you'll ever make for yourself.

I have learned sooo much about why my weight fluctuates dramatically. The trainers are highly experienced and offer personalized guidance and support by taking the time to understand my fitness goals and create customized workout plans that suit my needs. Also, the Chef makes delicious meals you can easily reproduce at home.

Live in Fitness is exactly what they say it is, and exactly not what they say it isn't. It is a place to get fitter and stronger, with the results being fat/weight loss and greater strength and flexibility. As they say, it is not a spa. It is a fitness retreat, full stop. You will work your backside off, be exhausted every day, eat superb meals (right mix of protein, carbs and fat and the right amount of calories to achieve maximum results, but never hungry) and see results quickly if you apply yourself. 3 weeks in my opinion is the perfect stay. 2 is not quite enough and by the third week, you should have learned enough from their excellent instruction that you can take it home and do it yourself if motivated. The best part of my stay these last 3 weeks was their team. They are great people, dedicated to the success of the attendees, smart about when to push and when to back off, full of great advice and wisdom about how to take the learnings and practices home (great phrase today on my last day from one of my housemates: you leave LIF, but it never leaves you). *****, in particular, was awesome at personal training sessions, pushing me hard the right way. *****, ******, **************************, ******* and ******** did a great job with the various cardio and lifting classes. And ****, the owner, was excellent in explaining the science behind what they do. *****, the man behind the excellent food, was simply awesome in planning, prep and presentation.So, if you want to go to a spa and be pampered, don't go here. But if you want to kick your own **** and get real results, this is the place for you. Thanks to the team, I met my goals for the 3 weeks, and I would go here again. But if I apply what they've taught me, I won't need to!

IT IS GREAT!My first week, I got tired and sore but with the help of the coaches motivating me, I finished the week with a reward of a 12 pound weight loss and a reduction in body fat of 3.8%. I also gained 1 pound of Lean Body Mass. I am more motivated than ever and I felt so much better and more energetic in week 2. I can feel the improvements.I signed up for 2 weeks and have already extended a 3rd week. I can't wait for my weigh in on Monday morning.The staff is diverse and fantastic.The program is life changing and holds you accountable. The workouts are diverse and include a morning Hike in different parks, cardio, pilates, yoga, HIT and fun circuits to work the whole body.The facilities are fantastic. Nice rooms - jacuzzi - always heated for after that hard day at work.The food is delicious and portioned based on your goals and percentages. It's not just a bunch of rabbit food.If you are in rut or want to jump start your life, Livin fitness is the place to go! I will try to update with my week 2 results on Monday.

I spent a week with the team and it was an amazing experience. From the diverse selection of workouts, to the delicious meals by Chef *****, it's been an amazing reset and the perfect healthy jolt to start a new lifestyle that includes fitness and happiness. The staff is attentive and everyone is supportive. They know when to give you an extra min to rest and when to help light an extra fire under you to get you to meet the daily goals. The education from the lectures are passionate and full of great Information. They not only want you to succeee here at the retreat but when you get home and everything is tailored to making the transition home a seeemless one so you can integrate this new lifestyle into your routine at home. I had an awesome time and appreciate all the help from the entire team! the results are real and it is from hard work and dedication every day. Waking up, committing to yourself and the program and the results will come! I highly recommend coming to Live in Fitness!

Our school hired CF fitness to run our fitness program for summer and they did an amazing job. All the coaches were so personable and fun. They were extremely professional and organized. The students loved seeing them everyday and the teachers enjoyed having them around every morning. Would highly recommend if your looking for a program for your students to be active and be around positive role models.
