Cargomatic does not pay the carriers. Please if you are a direct customer make sure to contract with the carrier themselves. We are currently in process of filling on their bond. Carriers, drivers, beware!!

This company is a joke. I am honestly not even sure they are a legit buisness. You cannot call them, they take forever to respond to emails, and they do not do what they say they are going to do. I would heavily recomend avoiding them at all cost.

the drivers are very rude they do not bring boxes to load they bring 2 every 2 weeks and on weekends they take care of many to lower their prices they look bad they cannot handle a lot of volume I do not recommend them only small loads

I wish there was a ZERO star option. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Unfortunately because the port is out of room they are using Cargomatic to store containers offsite. After numerous emails, it took us OVER A MONTH to get an appointment to pick-up our container. When I sent my driver to pick it up he waited THREE HOURS then was told that the container was buried and he would have to come back.After emailing them again they told us to check back in a week to see if it was available. This will be five weeks that they have the container in their yard! I lost a $4000 order yesterday because Cargomatic promised we could pick this container up and it was "unavailable."They take a minimum three days to answer emails after numerous follow-ups. I will be spreading the word far and wide about how bad this company is!

One of their drivers drove into our fence - we caught it on camera- but they literally denied and made counter-accusations. The driver said he would lose money and get in trouble with his boss. Tough. They dodged and didn't answer phones and avoided the issue completely. It looks like they have 2 stars only so I'm not exactly telling the world what they don't already know about this business but I'll just contribute some details. Avoid them.

Cargomatic is the carrier for Irvine, CA Office Depot. They had my shipment in their custody for over a week and I was suppose to receive my shipment a week ago. I can everyday for three days and every day they tell me they will be delivering my shipment that day.Cargomatic is not a reliable shipping company and no one should do business with them. They are making Office Depot look very bad because of there business to business relationship

Cargomatic HQ is not recommended as accurate company. The people can confirm many times the delivery time and never perform it.That were four times with this company and now if you order delivery something to your home just ask who is carrier and if that is Cargomatic HQ try to find different way just to save your money and time.

Good luck ever getting paid from them. They do not pay invoices. Matt Hogan will avoid you at all costs. Bad company to work with.

Company offers a strong solution to 3 big LTL industry issues: reclass fees, wasted trailer space, and expensive local transits. While their operations aren't perfect, they have greatly improved in the last couple years considering the logistics industry as a whole has a plethora of delays especially in denser metropolitan areas. Lot of potential. Looking forward to seeing what they do in the next couple years. 5 stars because they are bringing a solution to the industry and doing their best to make it improve when many other companies are just collecting a check while creating unnecessary issues.
