Moises and Wendy are extraordinarily! This is the second time I acquire furniture from them and they are the best! Great customer service, quick response, and have the best quality furniture! Free delivery and installation which makes the whole moving process so much easier. Thank you Caravana, definitely recommended!

What a great experience. This store offers a great selection of custom sofas and chairs with a wide range of fabrics. We chose a mid century sofa and it looks great. It only took 3 weeks and the delivery was free. Great value for a custom piece.

This place is incredible! Working with Moises and Wendy to get the perfect custom-made sofa and loveseat was an absolute pleasure. Next time I need any kind of furniture, I'm not going to waste my time going anywhere else.

Just purchased a sofa, and I couldn't be more pleased. Sales people were attentive, responsive without pressure. The price was competitive- especially considering "free delivery." The delivery was on time and very professionally done. And the custom upholstery choice came out beautifully. Give this local business the support they deserve.

This is a family owned business, and they feel like family. Moises was there to help me & my friend. The whole experience was amazing. From just browsing to deciding what we liked to the delivery! We were allowed to mix and match as needed so we could visually see what we thought. Moises was there for any questions but was never pushy on any sale. Even when I decided to wait for my decision, he was nothing but pleasant and had the right energy. Very kind man & you can feel the genuineness. Check it out! They have great selections & great prices.

So I have a super interesting story about Caravana and a good lesson on exceptional customer service. I moved here from being out of the country and had to buy all new furniture for my place..I went to Caravana and bought a dining table set, a sofa/futon, an accent chair, a bed frame, two nightstands & a mattress. A very solid purchase which should have made me a highly valuable customer... When their delivery guys delivered it one of the guys was exceptionally rude and one dining chair was missing bc they needed to order it (wasn’t informed of ahead of time). I was livid with the way the delivery went. I called Caravana and spoke to Moises (I’m not sure if he’s the manager or owner)... he was extremely apologetic and said he would speak with the delivery guy...but, I was so upset that I literally vowed never to buy anything there again. ?.When I picked up the last chair, Moises apologized again in person and gave me a set of very soft and high quality sheets for my new bed to apologize for the inconvenience & said they’d re-trained the deliver person so the issues I experienced don’t come up again. Interestingly, the sheets were exactly what I needed as I hadn’t gotten my stuff out of storage and was using cheapie sheets..That made things better but I wasn’t sure if I’d go back. Fast forward a few months, I was looking for stools and a reclining chair. I went everywhere—Ashley, Pier One, Living Spaces & a couple of boutique furniture stores...no one had what I was looking for, at the price point I wanted. I went back to Caravana. He immediately helped me, spent time with me to understand my needs and got me exactly what I wanted. I am now not only a happy customer but a loyal one bc of Moises. I’ve shopped for furniture and many things globally, never have I received the customer service I have received from Moises and never has a company been able to turn a negative experience to such a positive one in such a skillful and humane manner. I *highly* recommend Caravana!! Most of the furniture in my pics is from them. ?.p.s. the same driver (and a second driver) delivered the furniture. He was extremely polite, well-behaved and it was clear they absolutely re-trained him. Good work.

First time shopping here but it won't be the last. Good selection of pieces, fair prices, and excellent customer service. Went in searching for an accent chair. I didn't find what I was looking for on the floor but Wendy searched through her online catalogues and found a great option. We had easy communications via email, it was simple to pay online, and the delivery guys were super polite (they even wiped their feet on the doormat before entering!)Thanks for making it so easy to shop locally.

I'm a new college student moving to LB and Moses really helped me find the right bed and mattress that fitted my needs and even found me the perfect couch for my new apartment. They even offered to assemble and deliver for free since my apartment is so close.

Caravana is my go to furniture store in Long Beach! I have shopped here for the last 3 years and I love their store layout, customer service, and quality of products. I have no complaints about my current furniture including; kitchen table set, and rugs. The owners and their family are also amazing people, who repaired a broken chair leg I had. The next time you are looking to buy new furniture go check them out or order from their online store!

My husband found this furniture store on Google and we are thankful he did. We were looking for a sectional sofa. We first went to a larger chain furniture store and found a sectional we liked, but the reviews for the company overall were terrible with the quality of the product and delivery. We couldn't fathom spending a decent amount on something that wouldn't last. We visited Caravana on Memorial Day and were pleased that they were offering a 20% sale. Wendy assisted us with selecting a sectional. It wasn't in the showroom but we were able to order it from their catalog. We also fell in love in with a bookshelf and coffee table and purchased that in addition to the sofa. They offer free delivery and set up within a 20 mile radius, which is unheard of at any other furniture store. Moises and his associate did a wonderful job with the delivery. Unfortunately our coffee table ended up having some water damage prior to delivery when it was stored in the warehouse. I emailed some photos of the defect and Moises answered promptly (on a Sunday!). He came back a few days later to replace the table, hassle free. We highly recommend shopping here. They are a family run business and have that personal touch only local places have. They offer a nice selection at reasonable prices and have excellent customer service.
