When the lady was there stuff got done and was open on time now that the guy is there they never open on time have to wait for your mail and they not open on weekends on top of you getting your mail late I stayed with them long as I could just to support but hope it gets better

Do not waste your time coming here. Absolute joke of a business. I can see from other reviews that they don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to fingerprints. It was obvious from the second I walked in they didn’t want to be there. Sitting around, doing nothing. Their excuse was a “wrong birth date.” Lol ok good one. Never come here.

I went here to get my fingerprints done for my caregiver job position I had got hired to and the worker at this location who helped me out put my birthdate incorrectly and then I went to the office and showed them my proof that I correctly put my birthday and because of them they delay my fingerprints process and then resubmitted the fingerprints again 2 weeks later and they fill out my job position just because of them I lost my day shift position and have to work a swing shift from 2pm-10pm. Be careful when you go to any paperwork here and double check.

On 08/20/21 went to CP&M to get postage & tracking on 1st Class env. Told girl at counter what I needed. She put postage & tracking on env. Was charged $2.80. I assumed they knew what they were doing since it is their specialty & didn't check anything. I mailed env. which was returned for lack of postage. Went back to CP&M & explained what I asked for/what I got. They argued but added .65 to the .65 on it previously which was still not correct. Postage should be $.58, was charged $1.40. Tracking should be $1.65, was charged $1.00+.10 tax. Over all received $1.30 in postage/tracking but paid $2.80 for it. Should have received & been charged $2.23 only for postage/tracking. Went to USPS directly to get it right! CP&M doesn't know what they're doing-DON'T go here use their 'services'. I've NEVER heard of a postal services store that doesn't know how to provide very basic mailing services! AMAZING & D*** FOUNDING!

Sent out a priority mail USPS package on Friday morning at 11:30am. Checked the tracking number, said the label was created at 6:27pm and USPS was awaiting item. From my understanding, priority shipping is 1-3 business days, so I figured it would get there by Monday. Called yesterday, the lady working said everything went out on Friday and to contact USPS. Contacted USPS (it's an automated system) and said they were still awaiting the item. Today is Wednesday, and after checking the tracking number, USPS says it's still awaiting the item. This place is horrible, will not be returning, don't bring your business here no matter how "convenient" it may be with their location.
