My daughter and I were walking down second Street in Belmont Shores and stumbled across this amazing candy shop! It was my daughter's birthday, it was meant to be "my 9 year old daughter said" when I say candy shop, that's an understatement! From the awesome decor, the life size candy and the huge assortment of candy is amazing! To top it off the have a creation station you can make your own candy pizza, candy sushi and candy slime! I believe we met the owners- if they weren't the owners, they were great with explaining how everything worked, also directing us to Candy we were specifically looking for, like I stated it was my daughters ninth birthday, who I believe to be the owners, gave her a free lip gloss that was in the shape of a cupcake! My daughter was very happy! We can't wait to go back if you're looking for a place to host a party or stop in for some yummy treats this is your place!

When my niece, family, and I walked by the store and noticed it was closed, suddenly the owner (Chris) saw us and decided to open back up for a bit longer. Talk about amazing customer service, he even gave us samples and showed us their candy art, which made my family's night. I highly recommend and definitely, two thumbs up!

So can't be in SoCal and NOT visit Candified. First of all, it's on 2nd St in Belmont Shore, so there is something for everyone...BUT even if Candified was all you were going for, it's worth it! Filled with STUNNING candy art, wonderful employees and TONS of candy from nostalgic to European to modern day, there are options for everyone! Don't miss out on the amazing candy crafting experiences! The options change and evolve regularly but my kids have made candy pizzas and candy sushi. There are slime options and accessory items (think hand painted bucket hats) available as well. If you are looking for something to keep you busy that is new and exciting, or an EPIC birthday party, CANDIFIED is THE place.

We went here hours before our flight back home. It's such a cute store! The owner was very welcoming told us about the the artworks on the walls and how they're made of candy (hence, candified!)Love the selection of old and new candies. Their chocolates are yummy as well. We bought some for the flight. They have a great selection of Mexican candy too!I would recommend going here if you're going to Long Beach.

Happened to overhear someone talking about Candified while at dinner and dedicated to check this out since it was across the street. Such a cute place. Candy was delicious. Chris was super hospitable and they offer so much more than candy. They offer experiences with in shop edible decorating station. Chris’s wife was on Hulu’s show Candified which was a fun fact. They also make Candified sculptures and art pieces made entirely of candy. Would definitely come back. Wish Chris and “the candy queen” the best.

Candified Shop in Belmont Shore of Long Beach is by the people who originally started Candytopia! In addition to having a wide assortment of candy to eat, they also have really cool candy art on display, both sculptures and candy-painting-combos? It’s hard to describe - you need to go see it in person. The staff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable about candy, and extremely helpful.I went with the Harry Potter Chocolate Frogs as birthday presents, and we got a few of the different dark chocolate bars made without cane sugar for us to enjoy (Almond & Dark Chocolate + California Berries). I’ll definitely be back, as this is now my new favorite candy shop!

What an amazing place! This is a true family business, and just a ton of fun. We were visiting my sister in Long Beach, who'd planned a special trip to Candified for a Creation Station activity - but we didn't make a reservation and arrived to a closed shop. We contacted the owners and Amy replied with a passionate apology, explaining they almost never close but due to having no reservations decided to use the day to work on their Christmas displays. She offered to have us come back on another day and even open the shop early for us - then gifted us the activities for free (entirely unnecessary but so appreciated!!)When we came back they couldn't have been more kind, and we all had a blast. The kids made the geode cookies (my 5 year old was mesmerized by about 50 shades of edible glitter options!), and we browsed the incredible candy selections. The shop is well organized and carries everything your heart could desire - old fashioned and hard-to-find candies, British and Mexican specialties, crazy things like 5lb gummy bears, and even candy-themed makeup. It made our trip magical, and the owners clearly genuinely care about customer experience. A delight for kids and adults alike!

Visited Candified about 30 minutes prior to close and the owner was so personable and kindhearted. The candy is fresh and the atmosphere is lively. As an out of town visitor in Long Beach, I am most sad I don’t have such an amazing candy shop like Candified located near me. Every time Im in town to visit my friend, I’ll be sure to come by!

If you are looking for something fun to do with your kids after school with some of their friends or just and date with your kiddo this is the place to go!! Think color me mine with a full on candy twist! The staff is truly amazing and so welcoming to the kids and their creativity. We paid $29 for the afternoon activity (there were a few to choose from. With and without candy). Everything is currently Halloween theme but the staff made mention they will be doing something fun for Christmas and winter holidays as well. We will definitely be going back! Shoutout to Jackie Amy and D Micha for making my girl feel so special!

Over priced. For candy. Also rude owners. Snapped at me for asking a question. I rather go to the dollar tree for candy. And somewhere else for bulk candy. They really need to think about prices right now. Especially when it is so hard to just buy milk and bread. Especially gas. Do something so you can last on second street. Lower prices and more customers isBetter then high prices and a few customers.

Awesome candy shop in Long Beach with a huge selection of all types of candy so there is something for everyone. The candy shop is uniquely designed with a fun ambiance. Samples are also available so check with the person at the front desk if there are any that you want to try. Customer service is great here and they were very helpful and made the experience pleasant. There is no parking lot designated for this shop however there is street parking available.
