Our service manager Daniel at the Cabe Toyota Service Center helped us out very quickly and kindly when the engine splash guard started coming off of my Camry during our vacation. A few clips to secure it and we're back on the road. No time wasted! I really appreciate it, Daniel!

My family has been taking our cars here for years; it is a family owned dealership and customer service is always a priority. We drive further from home to this specific dealership because of how well it is run in comparison to West Coast Toyota. We've had great experiences with the service department team as a whole. The team here is attentive and friendly, and you can always reach someone by phone. Most recently, I had a costly repair done on my prius brakes, and Daniel Perry in the service department was patient, helpful, and hardworking throughout the process.

Even though we bought our car at another dealership, we bring our vehicles to Daniel. He’s always helpful, trustworthy, and exceedingly nice.

Don’t bother to make an appointment. I had an appointment and it took over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change.

Have been in twice for a few warranty repairs. Mike and Jeremy have both been super cool guys and kept me in the loop throughout the process.Shuttle service is great to have to, but waiting room is large with coffee and other beverages.

Recently bought my Rav4 and Cabe Toyota Dealership department are all great. However, service department not so much. I had an appointment for oil change at 11am and didn't see them take my car in until 1:45pm. I get that it's Friday and it was busy but does it really take that long to do oil changes?

Chuck was my customer service rep who treated me like a rock star ! The service was quick, and when it was finished, Chuck went over everything with me. At Cabe, if you need any additional unexpected repairs/services, they will advise of the need. This appointment required no additional services and everything checked out just fine. I love that there is no high pressure upsales here at Cabe. They only advise of service needs if any are found , and advise when everything is great as they did with my car today. My car was finished. Before the 2-3 hour wait time so I was very pleased. I have purchased 2 cars from Cabe and always bring my cars here for service because I trust them. I've had repeated negative experiences with Toyota of Cerritos and Elmore Toyota. Now I don't even bother with those other service departments. I highly recommend Cabe to everyone because of years of excellent service.

Ordered a key for $200, then after I receive it, they tell me it will be another $200 to program. It feels like extortion to buy a product, then be charged again to make the product work. They should have at least told me before that it would cost more.

This is not my go-to toyota dealer. However, my new corolla cross had issues and I was over the complimentary 25 miles from my dealer of preference (provided my ToyotaCare's highway assistance). Called Cabe for advice and Service Advisor Daisy answered my billion questions and concerns. Quick service. Complimentary wash. And there's a starbucks nearby if you need to kill time (I didn't have to).

A few weeks ago my 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin's wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had to get back to the Central Valley by Monday to teach she was so nervous her car wouldn't work.I called a number of Toyota locations while she was stuck in LA traffic. I first called Cabe and received incredible information and support from Daniel. I then called other locations nearby and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car in there that evening so they could look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague , Phil were able to get everything fixed at an accurate and fair rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind. I would only recommend that you and your family to go there in the Long Beach or SoCal area. Don't take them for granted , they are the best!

It takes over two hours for a basic oil change of which I had an appointment. When asked why I couldn't be serviced at the time of my appointment I was told I was just lucky they were going to give me the service and it could possibly take longer than 2 hours. I took my car here because the service was free. But I think in the future, I'd rather pay and not have to wait all day
