Both Tara Holcomb and the entire team were professional and transparent throughout the purchasing process, making it a straightforward and enjoyable experience. Tara, in particular, was well-versed in the details of my car and provided answers to all questions. I would definitely purchase future cars here.

We were on a long waiting list for a Rav4 hybrid vehicle at Cabe Toyota. As things progressed we were finally helped out by Tara Holcomb who finished up the sales process. Once she was involved it was clear that she was very knowledgeable and professional. She kept us up to date, addressed any questions we had promptly and efficiently and proficiently guided us through the start up process for the vehicle. We really appreciated her friendly manner, knowledge and sincere good wishes!

Had a horrible time ordering parts. The guy in the middle didn't even help me. I had a look for parts on my own. Very rude he said once I order the part there's no returns. But when I went the next day got the part, some other guy was helping me and I told him if I can return it and he said yeah. And was much helpful then the guy in the middle. Felt like packing him out.

In all my years of car shopping but you're quite a bit. I must admit that Gabe Toyota is the best place that I've ever purchased a vehicle. Pete my sales representative was totally awesome.! Talking about a no haggle great prices and fantastic trade-in on my vehicle. Their service was impeccable! a very friendly staff with no pressure. I will definitely be telling all my friends about the experience I had with Gabe Toyota and the sales representative named Pete. Thank you, Gabe Toyota for making my purchase a wonderful experience!!

This is over due, But I want to give a shoutout to Tara Holcomb for her awesome service when we purchased our RAV4. We were not expecting much since we just dropped by from a bad experience at another toyota dealer.She treated us with professionalism, showed us our options and didn't give us a hard time at all. We were not pressured.It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend her and the dealership. They also welcomed our dog when we bring het with us.

I've purchased a lot of cars over the years but my experience working with Felishea Porter at Cabe Toyota was (by far) the most enjoyable and stress free.During my search for a 2023 Toyota Prius I learned that they sell quickly and for well over MSRP. Not a fun position to be in as a consumer. Other dealerships were asking for $5K cash over MSRP and offered nothing in exchange. When I called Cabe Toyota to inquire about a 2023 blue Prius I saw online, I was greeted by Felishea Porter. She was direct, well informed and courteous. We discussed the advertised price for the blue 2023 Prius, when it would arrive at the dealership and what was included for the price; add on a dashcam, paint coating, unlimited (drive through) car washes and 10 years worth of oil changes. I was impressed since the other dealerships were not offering anything in exchange for the MSRP mark-up. While the dashcam is clearly not worth $2K, its psychologically more pleasing to do business with a dealership that tries to make the mark-up more palatable.Felishea said they happened to have 2 other Prius' on the lot (I was really surprised and asked her to repeat herself to be sure I heard that right) but that one of the two had already been sold. The other vehicle was being looked at by a couple already at the dealership. When I arrived an hour later Felishea greeted me with a friendly smile and casually asked if I wanted to take the Prius for a test drive (the couple looking at the vehicle was still considering). No one asked for a copy of my drivers license or proof of insurance. I've had many experiences over the years where you're asked for your drivers license and then they hold it hostage in hopes of convincing you to close a deal. After we arrived back at the dealership I noticed a lot of historical pictures on the walls. Felishea told me that they were a family owned dealership. You can always tell how a business treats their employees by how those employees treat their customers. This dealership was a class act.Felishea told me that the blue Prius would most likely be arriving the following day. I unsuccessfully tried to negotiate a little on price but given that the car hadn't physically been onsite yet, they weren't willing to negotiate. While I didn't expect any movement on price it didn't hurt to ask. She told me that it would take a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. As promised my blue 2023 Prius arrived the next day. I asked if they'd be interested in taking a look at my 2018 Subaru as a trade-in. She was able to match the Carmax quote I had received online and the deal was done. Seamless and easy.I highly recommend Cabe to anyone looking for a Toyota. More importantly, I sincerely recommend that you work with Felishea Porter as your sales representative. She's great!

This was the best experience that I've had buying a car. Tara Holcomb was AMAZING with helping me buy my RAV4 Prime. The process was so seamless and she was kind and patient throughout.I was always concerned with going through the process of buying a car because it seemed so daunting and there were so many things sto consider. However, after doing my research and asking around different dealers, Tara was the most straightforward and responsive sales person. She got all the information I needed in regards to the car and she allowed me to take my time in considering the purchase and making the right decisions for myself. She was so transparent with her answers to my questions! That was the best part. Even if she had other customers to help, she got me back to me via text immediately. She went above and beyond with her service. Lastly when I got my car, she walked me through all of the features of it and made sure I was good to go before handing it over to me.I would highly recommend Cabe Toyota to anyone looking for a new car. It was such an incredible experience.

Buying a new car has definitely changed in the past few years. No more haggling and very little inventory on a lot of models. We found the car we wanted and I emailed a bunch of dealerships to see if anyone had one. Tara from Cabe got back to me almost immediately and confirmed they had one on the way that matched exactly what we were looking for. She also gave us a quote for our trade-in which they matched to the exact dollar when we went inWe exchanged emails for a few days and she explained everything to us in a very professional yet friendly manner. Once the car was delivered she emailed again and we set up a time to take delivery. Tara was super helpful once we were at the dealership and made sure to go over a bunch of the features on the car. She then handed us off to the finance department and we took care of the paperwork. All in all we spent a little over an hour at the dealership. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and are very grateful for all of the care and attention we received from Tara.

Cabe has a good parts dept, needed an oil filter for a Scion IQ. Got one at a reasonable price and the parts guy made sure to give me the oil pan bolt crush washer.
