I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium & was pleased with the process. Kan You was up front & to the point during our buying process. I've been taking all my Toyotas to the service center the past 10 years & it's top notch, even my Toyotas I've bought elsewhere. As a matter of fact, Kan You sold my late father his 2008 4Runner SR5 16 years ago & now has sold a new 4Runner to me!

I recently visited your dealership to test drive the 2024 RAV4 XLE Premium. After confirming online that you had one in stock, I was eager to check it out. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Kan.
First, Mr. Kan allowed me to test drive the vehicle despite knowing my license was expired. This was highly irresponsible and unacceptable, reflecting a serious lack of professionalism. Additionally, throughout the entire test drive, Mr. Kan was distracted, constantly on his phone, and provided no information or guidance about the vehicle. It is astonishing that I was not even briefed on the car's features or performance, which is something I have always expected and received at other dealerships.
His phone rang incessantly, and his entire demeanor was dismissive and disrespectful. This kind of service is far below the standard I expect from a dealership, and I will be purchasing my vehicle elsewhere as a direct result of this experience.

I’m a repeat customer at Cabe Toyota. The customer service is always great. The overall purchase process was easy and quick. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Cabe for years to come.

Cabe is not fancy which I appreciate. Small lot and they seem to move inventory very quickly. We've done three purchases/leases with Tara Holcomb and they were so straightforward. Each time I told her exactly what I wanted and she delivered on two new and one used vehicle. The team got us approved quickly and we were out of there with solid cars in a few hours. Tara is ultra professional but also caring. We have moved away but will return to Cabe for any future purchases.

I had an Excellent experience at Cabe Toyota. Purchase a 2024 Corolla cross. They have excellent customer service. I want to give a Big Thank you to Kan You my sale consultant. He was very honest, knowledgeable and very patient with me. He took his time explaining the whole process . He made the purchase go smoothly. I will definitely recommend Cabe Toyota to my friends and family.

I placed an order on the offical toyota website for rear shock absorbers with this location as the pick up. I confirmed the part number with different sources and my VIN. A few days later I received a phone call letting me know there was an error, the representative had gone out of their way to confirm the correct part for my car. They told me they have the parts in stock ready to go and that the correct part is CHEAPER. They can refund me the difference. My faith in humanity has been restored. Thank you. I will probably be back to get work done on my car in the future if needed.

Sad to leave this review but after doing business with this locations for over 7 years and referring several friends and family here - the service I received today was awful.
After weeks of chatting online with a Keonna and making an in person appointment we were met with confusion. Apparently our sales consultant Keonna was a no call/ no show. It was very hectic but finally spoke to the Sales Manager JP which handled the situation terribly. He had a very condescending tone about him and felt like he saw no value in my wife and I taking time off work to drive down there. His response was guilt tripping us into coming in as if it were our own fault when we could’ve “done everything online” and had no remorse for someone from his sales team leaving us hanging high and dry.
Ken and Pete tried their best to fix the situation and be accommodating but my wife and I were made to feel like we were moronic for coming down in person.
This is not the CABE Toyota of the past that I knew and valued so much.

An overall pleasant buying experience for my Corolla Hybrid 2024. A big shout out to Tara for being the best salesperson and going the extra distance to make sure I could make the right informed decision, and Angel for the swift contract.
I found that other dealers had insane markups for popular models, and luckily found Cabe browsing the internet. Their pricing was more affordable for me, as I did not want anythkng other than Toyota. They were rather knowledgeable and efficient about my military rebate and DV registration exemption process, which greatly helped my buying experience. I had a fear most dealers didn't know about the process or would outright refuse to help me with that, but Cabe Toyota ensured that they would handle it completely.
I highly recommend you go with Cabe Toyota! If my next car is a Toyota, I'll be going here for sure.

I walked in a week ago just window shopping for a new truck. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted or when I’d buy a truck. Felishea was awesome. She didn’t try to pressure me into a decision. Kept in contact but didn’t push. High pressure sales are a no go for me. She worked a deal to get the truck I really wanted to a payment I could afford. Can’t thank her enough. Angel through the contract portion was awesome. Throughly explained everything as this was my first solo new car purchasing experience. 10/10 stars if i could. I’ll purchase all my trucks from here moving forward.

Last week I took my FJ in for services and assigned to Michael Zimmerman as my customer texh. He advised me for 350.00 he would check out my car and do a thorough check, which included an oil change an and various lubricants.
Pick up my car to discover the oil was not changed, my car alarm disarmed and now my car is shaking immensely !
Mr. Zimmerman advised that he wasn’t sure of the services performed on my car but woke get back to me! I called 3 times and finally he said to bring me car back the following Monday- he spoke with the technician and basically no one could tell me if my car was truly serviced! I asked for a refund and and for the manager to call me but yet to heard back from Cabe!
Turns out, my car was NOT serviced and I’m out of 350 dollars! Totally unacceptable and not a reputable representation of TOYOTA!!!!!

Daniel's professionalism, ease of communication, and efficiency made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Surprisingly, our car issue was resolved much quicker than we expected. I just serviced my Toyota Camry at Cabe Toyota. Our service advisor, took us right in without an appointment and serviced our vehicle all while we waited in less than an hour. I highly recommend everyone to go see Daniel Perry and his service manager for taking care of us. They always go over and beyond their regular duties.
