Upon entering Burnout, I was captivated by the enchanting array of vintage clothing and assorted treasures.Regrettably, my enthusiasm waned when, around 11:30am, I inquired about their clothing acquisition process at the front counter. The attendant's lack of eye contact, one worded response delivered with an unwelcoming tone and brevity, left me with a negative impression, prompting me to reconsider recommending the store to friends and other visitors.I share this candid feedback to offer insight into the diverse experiences patrons may encounter.

I can’t say enough good things about this store. Great vibe, insane selection of vintage tees, rad accessories and smalls, sick boutique items, nice people working… I could go on and on. Anyone hating just doesn’t know about vintage

Merriam-Webster dictionary defines vintage as : a collection of contemporaneous and similar persons or things ; a period of origin or manufacture; length of existence. As an adjective it further defines vintage as of old, recognized, and enduring interest, importance, or quality and dating from the past. BURNOUT Vintage categorizes and epitomizes the industry of vintage clothing conforming to standardized dictionary norms with a non-conforming style. Kara, the owner, has developed a stylish niche by adding her own touches to impossible to get vintage pieces, creating uniquely curated, one of a kind, little pieces of art, while still maintaining the authenticity and originality of the garment. In a sea of vintage clothing suppliers, Burnout’s style is often imitated, but never duplicated. This is the only vintage clothing store I use to shop for my wife and for myself, and you owe it to yourself to check this place out. With a huge inventory, amazing location, and a hot, Hot, HOT vibe, you’ll undoubtedly be as impressed as I was.

This place is legit!I recently visited this hip vintage shop, and it was an absolute treasure trove of unique finds! The store’s ambiance is a delightful blend of nostalgia and style, making every visit feel like a journey through time. The selection of vintage clothing, accessories, and decor is impressive, with something to cater to every taste and era. What truly sets this shop apart is the curated collection of one-of-a-kind items. I discovered vintage tees that were not only in excellent condition but also incredibly stylish and reasonably priced. The staff’s knowledge and passion for vintage fashion added to the experience, as they were eager to share stories about the history of the pieces and provide styling tips.Whether you’re a seasoned vintage enthusiast or just looking for a special piece to add to your wardrobe, this shop is a must-visit. It’s a haven for those who appreciate the timeless charm and quality of vintage items. Plus, the welcoming and friendly atmosphere makes each visit a delightful adventure. I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their hidden gems!

This store is amazing. I stopped by during my lunch break today and picked up 4 really cute, unique pieces. I got two vintage Harley tees, a romper and a wide brim hat. I also got a rad little cowboy boot candle. I can’t wait to come back. What a great addition to Long Beach!

I drove all the way from Riverside to Burnout and I'm so glad that I did! This is literally the best vintage clothing store I have been to. Most vintage stores claim to be "vintage" but they sell shirts I saw at Hot Topic last year. Burnout has true authentic vintage! So many awesome vintage Harley Davidson and band tees. The decor in the store is fly af and the service was top notch. Kara was so welcoming and helpful. I'll be back for sure!

I am a true vintage seller of 10 years and grandchild of a well known seamstress. The curation of this store was beautiful, but the quality and condition of a lot of these pieces were terrible and worth no more than $15 at best, marked up to $70. They are cut up and DIY’d in a very haphazard way: you could get many of these pieces for $5-25 on Depop, Poshmark, Whatnot, etc. Some pieces were stained.

Paid $400 for two tees by accident. Less than 24 hours later they called and the owner refused to let me return them. Sitting in the same bag with the tags still on. Insane. Such an awful awful experience

I live in Park Avenue and Ocean now I'm going to tell all my friends in my neighborhood to don't come in here.
