I drive from San Diego to Long Beach because this is the best Vet clinic I have ever been to.
Dr. Sam and his staff are so wonderful. Dr. Sam is very knowledgeable and I truly appreciate the care and patience he had for my cat. I thank him for being that percent that genuinely will do what’s best for your cat. I always had bad luck with other vets but I have to say I am beyond grateful to have Dr. Sam. I recommend everyone to come to this clinic, the staff is very knowledgeable and Dr. Sam’s assistant Janet was just overly amazing and gave nothing but care to my cat, my cat literally loves her! My family has been coming to this practice for years and I’m grateful to join them. This isn’t your typical over charged vet the prices are just right !

Pre-covid, this place was amazing but ever since, the prices have doubled and the times have quadrupled. I shopped around and found far closer, cheaper, better, and quicker services elsewhere.
If you're paying over $100 per cat for a check-up, Rabies and FVRCP and waiting for more than half an hour from appointment to leaving time, you're wasting both your time AND money.
Also, they lied about my appointment / expiration dates to bait me into my previous annual "expiring" then tried to hook me for more than what was necessary, nickel and diming us. This was the last straw and after that, I shopped around and realized how absurdly priced this place is.

My cat, Oliver, had Stage 4 chronic kidney disease, and I wanted him to be cared for and comfortable. I found exactly that at the Broadway Pet Clinic.
Dr. Sam was knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciated how he talked with me and tried to work things out medically. Dr. Sam and the entire staff took great care of Oliver, and they weren't willing to risk my cat facing any traumatic situations.
One time, Oliver was in a procedure, I came into the room, and they were stroking him gently while he was under. I appreciated that, and I know Oliver did, too.
Oliver's condition was never treatable, but Dr. Sam gave me the knowledge to take care of my little friend until he had to leave me.
I highly recommend Broadway Pet Clinic. I am grateful to them for treating my Oliver like I would treat him. They are special to me.

I cannot praise Broadway Pet Hospital enough, especially Dr. Sam and their RVT Vanessa! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Sam is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that we fully understood our dog Apollos condition and treatment options.
Apollo recently needed surgery, and the care he received was top-notch. Dr. Sam's expertise and gentle approach made us feel confident that he was in the best hands. Vanessa was equally amazing. She made sure Apollo was comfortable before and after the procedure, and her compassion was evident in every interaction. They both went above and beyond to follow up after we brought him home, making sure he was recovering well.
The personal touch from Dr. Sam and Vanessa truly sets this pet hospital apart from the rest. They treat you and your pet like family, and it's clear they love what they do. The facility is clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a welcoming environment for pets and their owners.
If you're looking for a veterinary hospital that delivers exceptional care with a personal touch, I highly recommend them. Dr. Sam and Vanessa have earned our trust and gratitude!

I used to love this place. We're always so courteous and punctual. Seems since they moved to a bigger place they don't care anymore. I've called 5 times this week to get a prescription refilled and haven't received a call back. Everytime I call Noone is available. They're too busy. Feels like they want to force me to make make an appointment to get that extra $60 out of me. Take a step back and look at your customer service.

Very nice staff and great new location they're very patient with the animals and when our cat acted like a wildcat they calmed him and cleaned him before I could get there he's spoiled af

Don't ever come here if you have a cat. look up FIP and check out if your cat is showing these types of symptoms. They pretend as if they run across something for the first time and they act as if they have never seen certain conditions in a cat. They will just drag you along and try to squeeze any penny they can. They love nothing more then "running a few more test " and "prescribing more antibiotics" they use your emotions to lure you into any type of decision making. Other then that they're amazing ?

Took our baby girl Abby to get her vaccines! She loved everyone and my baby girl doesn’t trust easily. Everyone was nice and they keep the owners and pets at ease! Thanks for being so great and caring to my baby! We’ll keep coming back!

Been going here for years, they're always honest with me, I thought my cat had something wrong his tooth, but it was just plaque, the Dr just kind of pulled it off and my cat was fine. The other day, I took my dog in for his yearly exam and got flea medication. Who is the fraction of the price at the big pet stores. We're moving, but I'm going to come back here for my pets.

Avoid this place, the vet is very condescending and wants you to pay for more expensive blood works abd ultrasounds and keeps telling you that there's no guarantee that he will have a definite answer for you. *edit Yes, they gave me refund for the discounted 31 dollar exam, but look at their reply, it's even more infuriating reply. Just look at the condescending tone this vet is displaying!
